after you went to whole foods and ate your food we threw away all the trash and started walking towards the beach making jokes a long the way like always but there was something different between me and karl.

 nobodys pov: 

you wanted to kiss him and he wanted to kiss you, maybe your crush actually liked you back.

y/n pov

when  arrived at the beach you all took your shoes off and ran around like little kids.

"GUYS LETS MAKE SAND CASTLES"

"YESS"

" i bet you me and y/n can make a better castle than you niki"

"we will have to see about that"

as we  finished your sandcastles the sun stated rising and you all sat on the edge of a doc nearby. i was near the middle of karl and were getting tired so i laid my head on karls shoulder. he flinched a little but then rapped his arm around me pulling a few hairs out of your face.

niki says we should go to the park then go home. we all agreed and walked to the park

when you got to the park i was just enjoying my time together making a little too many dream not found jokes. we were all sitting on the swings when i got out my phone and started blasting 505 by Arctic monkeys. me and karl ran around the park dancing and yelling the lyrics while niki just laughed still sitting in the swings.

we both sang the lyrics and as the song ended i could have sworn we were about to kiss. When sweater weather started playing you both snapped out of it and turned away blushing. At least our faces weren't to close together there was just a moment were it felt right and it felt like the whole world stopped just waiting for it to happen

 "I'm blind, anyways the sun is going to come up in like 30 minutes do you guys wanna head home now"

"oh um i- yeah sure"

When we walked into the house you saw Sapnap and quackity sitting on the couch watching black clover . You just assumed dream was still sleeping

"nice of you guys to show up"

"nice of you to finally be spending time with your husband"

"we weren't even gone that long"

"you guys were gone all night"

"so we are just going to ignore what y/n said? I mean she's not wrong but still I spend time with you right quackity"

"you really don't, you should do it more. Anyways niki your better than this what happened"

"hey don't blame me there was no way I was just going to stay here and let them have all the fun AND you guys would be more mad if I let them go alone sooo you should be thanking me"

without another word you headed up stairs. when you entered your room you headed towards the bed but karl grabbed your wrist and stopped you. you weren't going to lie it hurt a lot but you couldn't let him know your scars were there. he turned you around and seeing that you had a confused look on his face he started talking

" i didn't want to tell you like this but i think i might have too, what happened earlier at the park for me that wasn't just us being best friends."

you couldnt let yourself speak. did this mean he liked you back? yeah sure everyone teased you and you somewhat acted like a couple but for it to be real felt like a dream.

"i really REALLY like you y/n. i have ever since we started talking. when you said what we felt earlier was just something that happens between best friends kinda hurt me. I know you probably dont feel the same way but i want to be more then friends."

"wait your serious?"

you were truly at a lose of words he said what you never thought you would be hearing. karl had feelings for you and he had just admitted to them.

"yeah..."

karl had stepped closer to you as he talked and your faces were now just inches apart.

"in that case i like you too, i have ever since we stated talking"

once again you felt time stop except this time it was different. there was more meaning between you too being so close. you were slowly memorizing every detail of karl ace. he was truly perfect and the light coming in threw the window made him look almost unreal unreal. you notice karl glancing between your eyes and your lips. this time the world didn't have to wait. karl brought his hand under your chin and tilted it so that you were at a better angle, when his hand moved to your cheek you couldn't help but close the space between you too.

the kiss was short and sweet but meant so much. everything felt so right with him, it was nothing like when you used to kissed noah. after the kiss you and karl  stared at each other smiling like idiots. 

"does this mean your my girlfriend now.."

"yes idiot now come on im tired"
