Alex's POV:

Camilla is at the door. I instantly feel guilty. I decide to not tell her about Marie unless I have to.

"Hi Alex. You weren't answering your phone, so I came over and Demi said you were up here. What's up?" Camilla says.

"Umm, nothing." I say in a high pitched voice. She probably knows that I'm lying.

"Tell me." Camilla says.

"Nothing. I said nothing." I say firmly.

"Did you self harm again?" Camilla says.

I'm glad she just though that it was that. I hang my head and say, "Yes babe. I'm sorry."

"Show me." Camilla says firmly but with compassion in her eyes.

I reluctantly pull up my sleeve. Camilla gasps when she sees how deep and fresh my cuts are.

"How long ago did you do these?" Camilla asks.

"Twenty minutes ago." I say.

"Why?" Camilla says.

"My parents said that I'm moving in with Demi because I went behind their back and got piercings, dyed my hair and got a tattoo, except they don't know that I got a tattoo so don't tell them." I say.

"Oh babe, I'm sorry. But at least you can still see me. Wait, which one of Demi's houses?" Camilla says.

"Um, I think her LA one." I say, unsure of where she is going with this.

"Well I was going to tell you later, but next week I'm going to LA to record a new album with the girls." Camilla says.

"So we will see each other!" I say smiling.

"Yeah! Now I got to go and ask my parents to see if they can move my trip up so I can go with you. When are you going?"

"Um, tomorrow."

"Then I've got to go back. See you tomorrow babe! I'll try to pull some strings and see if I can sit next to you on the plane."

Camilla leaves and I pull out my phone and call Marie. "Hey Marie, it's Alex. I just wanted to tell you that I can't be with you anymore because my parents are making me move to LA and I can't do long distance relationships." I say.

"So you're breaking up with me?" Marie says, sounding like she is crying.

"Yes, I'm sorry babe. At least we had fun while it lasted. I'll miss you." I say.

"So will I." Marie chokes out. It sounds like she is sobbing.

"Babe, are you crying?" I say compassionately.

"Y-yes." Marie says.

"Then come over here and I will cuddle with you to stop the tears. We can still be friends." I say.

Marie says, "I'll be over in 5." Then she hangs up the phone.
