Amethyst - info
Amethyst is a beautiful purple crystal often found and sold in clusters. Its a stone associated with change and spirituality, and also helps get rid of toxic relationships and bad energy around you. It is said to help with addictions (drugs, alcohol etc). If you find yourself struggling with insomnia, nightmares or trouble sleeping in general then try placing it under your pillow/s when you sleep.
