Beep!Beep!Beep! Holly looked to her left to see her alarm clock.She rubbed her eyes to see more clearly. 7:38. It was 7:38 am. Late again. Always late for school. Pushing off her blanket rushing toward the bathroom to get ready. Thankfully she left clothes out ready for the next day. Rushing to put on her jeans and Holister pink sweater heard the bus honk the horn.
"Oh my god. I know I know." she said annoyed as always.
She threw on her vans on and ran out the door grabbing her backpack. Rushing into the bus she sat next to her best friend, Johnny Pratt. Throwing her bag into his lap she sat down as she tried to catch her breath.
"Woke up late again huh, Holly." He said handing her her bag as he smirked. Taking her bag she looked at him with an annoyed face. "I will just take that as a yes" he said as he turned to the window looking at the houses go by, one by one.
Looking away from him she looked onto her phone. Scrolling through Instagram. Holly was clearly still tired. You could probably could tell since she hasn't put her make-up on yet. She looked beautiful either way in Johnny's opinion but that was beside the fact she was still tired. Tired Holly means a cranky Holly. So he might a well leave her alone for the time being.
"How was your weekend?"
"I have had better. I lost some homework but other than that I guess it was okay" said Holly.
"Before I forget,my mom packed you a lunch. She thought you might forget."he said as he smiled handing her a brown lunch bag with the lunch his mother made for her inside.
"Oh my gosh, I knew I would of forgot something," she laughed."thanks." Holly grabbed the bag and stuffed it into her backpack.
A Screeching noise snapped Holly and Johnny back into reality. It was the sound of the bus opening the door. Everyone stood up on the bus pushing each other into the middle path on the bus. School is beginning. Great.
