"Nana-ahh~~" Gong Joo called as he climbed up the stairs. He saw Haena sitting outside her apartment drinking milk. Haena rolled her eyes that made Gong Joo's smile fade. They got home yesterday from the retreat. Everyone was tired and went home immediately, they don't have classes today so everyone was just relaxing.

"You look pissed, what happened?" Gong Joo asked, his voice laced with worry.

"Why didn't you tell me that you like Jarim?" Haena asked with full seriousness.

"I thought that it was really obvious that I didn't have to tell you." Gong Joo said in a low voice. Haena is a really nice person but she's the kind of person that you don't want to mess with. Haena nodded and tried to be calm. There was this unspoken rule between Jooyoung and her, don't date someone related to both of them. Something happened in the past that scarred them both.

"And if Jarim rejects you? Actually, she might really reject you. Trust me, I know her." Gong Joo just lowered his head. What Haena said was the truth, something happened in the past that made Jarim's walls higher. And she's sure that it would be really hard for Gong Joo young to climb that wall. She just wanted to warn her childhood friend and save him from being in too much pain.

"That won't stop you either?" Haena stared at Gong Joo who's looking like a lost puppy.

"In fact, I don't think something could stop you. Not even me." Haena said the last sentence in a low voice that made Gong Joo looked at her.

Haena may look easy-going but there are a million thoughts inside her head, she worries about a lot of things. She has a long record of losing people important to her. She might look selfish but she didn't want to lose another two important people in her life. If Jarim and Joo Young would be in a relationship, there's a possibility that it won't end well. She won't be able to choose between Jarim and Jooyoung if it ever comes to that point.

Haena stood up and entered her apartment. Gong Joo Young knows that whenever she's pissed it's best to leave her alone for a while.

A few days had passed since the retreat and Wang Jarim was being extra cold to Gong Jooyoung and the boy didn't know the reason why. Because of the event that happened in the retreat a lot of people are gossiping about them. It was their lunchtime and the boys just finished eating. they are walking on their way to their classrooms as they talk about the issue.

Kyungwoo suggested, "Anyway, you don't know what Wang Ja Rim really thinks, so stop it now. Just wait and keep your eyes open."

Gong Joo asked, "You think so?" 

"Yes," Kyungwoo replied which made Gong Joo look more sullen.

"I understand why Jarim is cold to Gong Joo. But why does Haena seem distant as well?" Kyungmin asked with a creased forehead that made Gong Joo's face more sullen.
