Zhan walked hand in hand with Yibo, both the men were going somewhere which Yibo hadn't no interest in and he was against it " Look I'm telling you, I'm not doing this! " Zhan sighed " But this is for your own good " Zhan said making a cute boba eyes, Yibo sighed and flicked Zhan's forehead " You're so stubborn, fine I'm doing this for you, but if someone insults us we are walking away " Zhan nodded his head " Ayee ayee captain " He joked as Yibo ruffled his hair.

Standing outside the gate Zhan puffed in and out some air to calm himself down " We still have time you know " Yibo said making sure Zhan was going to do this our not, Zhan shook his head " We are going to solve this problem once and for all " He said dragging Yibo along with him as he rung the doorbell, after a few minutes of wait, an old woman opened the door and her smile disappeared as soon as she saw Zhan and Yibo together " Hello Mrs. Wang, we need to speak something with you " She was about to say something but Paul stood by her and smiled as she rested his hand on her shoulder " Oh mother let them come in and have a talk with you ".

She sighed and after thinking for a few minutes she stood aside indicating Zhan and Yibo to come inside. Zhan came in with Yibo hands in hands, even though Zhan was nervous of what would happen he tried smiling for Yibo as he wanted to show he was strong. His mother sat on the couch, while Yibo and Zhan sat opposite to her, nervous as no one decided to break the silence. Paul laughed, breaking the silence making everyone look at him confused.

" What? Can't I laugh? " Paul questioned, shrugging his shoulders, Yibo rolled his eyes " Ge~ Know the right time " He said looking back at his mother. "Look I don't..." Yibo's mother spoke, Zhan smiled and interrupted before she could say anything more " I know it's wrong of me to interrupt you Mrs. Wang, but before you say I'm not perfect for your son, I'm not what you imagined, you are not going to support us. I just want to tell you one thing, I don't know if my love for Yibo can be more than your love for him, but I know for sure, except you, I don't think anyone else will love him more than me, I'm not a sweet talker, I say what I want to say and I meant what I say ..." Zhan stated, while Yibo's mother listened to him silently, it was easy to say he had caught her attention.

" Mrs. Wang I just want to know one thing, do you hate the fact that Yibo fell in love with a guy or is it just because he fell for someone like me?" Yibo's mother silenced once again, she wasn't able to look at them let alone answer Zhan. Yibo stretched his hand and held Zhan's hands quietly and as soon as Zhan felt Yibo's hands over his, he looked at him and smiled to which Yibo smiled back as well. Paul looked at his mother " Mama why are you silent? Answer him" he said looking at his mother. Yibo's mother got up banging her hand on the table furiously " Can't a mother want what's best for her child's future?!" she asked furiously.

Yibo made a confused face " But I'm an adult now mama and I'm capable of making my own decisions, didn't you always say, do what you love and love what you do and don't be afraid to fall for anyone..." Yibo got up as well, facing his mother " And I love Zhan, always have and always will, so when I finally have someone whom I love, why can't you accept it ?!" Yibo demanded. Zhan got up as well and so did Paul. Zhan held Yibo's hand to calm him down. " That's because..." Yibo's mothers voice trailed as he tears started choking her, Paul comforted his mother by side hugging her. She looked at Yibo and started to speak once again " That's because even if I accept, even if your family accept, the society will not accept you two and it would not only hurt you, but also us when you both are being pushed by others, I don't want my son to get hurt" she said holding her face as tears run down from her eyes.
