The remainder of Sunday consisted solely of rest and relaxation- Atlas, Zayn, and I just lazing about the dorm- and everything was tranquil until around 6:30, when Niall and Louis decided to invite themselves into the dorm.
I wasn't actually too shocked that they showed up unannounced, but I did question how they'd gotten in. Louis explained that he, once again, had stolen the copy of Madame Chesterfield's meeting schedule that hung outside of her office, and that he kept it in his wallet so that he'd always know when she was in a meeting and it was safe to sneak in. Niall chimed into the story, saying that they had been caught by a girl in the lobby, but she'd just jerked her head towards the stairwell, allowing them to pass through.
Within five minutes of their arrival, Niall had already made a few comments on the hickeys on my neck- he'd also inferred that I hadn't gotten much sleep due to certain activities. Louis, like always, came to my defense- somewhat- by saying that my neck had gotten more action in one night than Niall had gotten in two months. Niall argued that his lack of hook ups was caused by his cast, but otherwise, he was effectively shut up.
When we'd all settled down, Atlas made two microwaveable pizzas- one cheese and one pepperoni- that she'd bought at the store earlier with Zayn, and she made all of us drinks. We pushed the armchairs- which usually sat in the center of the room- against the wall to clear the floor. The five of us sat on the carpet, having pulled my extra blanket and both mine and Atlas's duvets off of the beds, so we could all cozily huddle around my laptop to eat and watch a movie. It was juvenile, but I'd realized that was a common theme- in high school, everyone tries to act mature and grow up so quickly, but as soon as you get to university, you revert back to elementary school behaviors.
Louis managed to pirate Forrest Gump off of some illegal website he and Niall had discovered last year. As it turns out, both Atlas and I could quote almost the entire movie, but Zayn had never watched it before. Also, we'd discovered that Niall is a crier- Louis teased him for crying at the end, but his eyes were a little watery, too.
Louis, Niall, and Zayn left around twelve- about an hour after the time curfew was supposed to be- because Madame Chesterfield was in bed by then, and it would be simple to just walk out through the lobby.

On Monday, classes and class locations were back to full normalcy. I found it odd that we still had over a week of classes between midterm exams and Spring Break, but apparently the extra time was designated for getting exam results, going over upcoming course curriculum, and receiving syllabi for the back half of the semester.
I made my coffee before walking to the South Building for Art- class was back in the lecture room instead of the studio because we had finished and submitted our Stories in Stone projects- and I sat in my usual seat, Zayn in the row in front of me.
Professor Jenkins assigned our next project- one that we had some time to brainstorm because it would need to done over break. The concept was fairly simple- we had to create an interactive project using readable newspaper clippings, postcards, photos, souvenirs, et cetera, collecting them wherever we went on Spring Break, and piecing them together to represent a theme or a cohesive motif. The project could be two-dimensional or three-dimensional, but a requirement of the two-dimensional option would be to paint or draw an additional piece to fit the theme- using any preferred medium- because the three-dimensional option was more complicated due to the obvious multifaceted nature of it.
