Fresh, hummed as he entered his home, where ink and papyrus would be.

Sans turned around only to get tackled by ink, he laughed a bit and rubs inks head.

"Hey inky." Sans said, a small smile on his face.

Ink pokes his head up from where it was at, "heya! Welcome back sans!"

Sans just looked amused and a bit fond, he kinda adopted ink as a younger sibling.

Para doesn't seem to mind, in fact, sans is pretty sure para is amused by all of this.

Ink seemed to bounce in place after letting go of sans, happily chatting about his and papyrus's day.

Sans just listened, feeling fond over the two.

Heh, now this is what makes everything he is doing, worth it. Sans had long decided ago after para told him everything.

As long as those he cares about is safe from any harm, which means needing to protect the multiverse so nothing could happen to those he cares about, which also includes those that para is fond over, then so be it.

"- and so papyrus and I rode on papyrus's blaster! It was fun! We went sssssooooo fast!" Ink waved his arms as he talked about how fast papyrus's gaster blaster was when the two rode on it.

Sans just chuckled, one eye socket closing, "oh really? Sounds like I missed out on some fun, huh? How about next time we all plan some days out together to just have some fun, alright?"

Inks eye lights turned into stars at that, "yes!"

Ink pumped his hands into the air, excited about having some more fun with the two that were taking care of him.

Ink started skipping away to head back to papyrus to let him know that sans was here, happily taking the name ink as his own, it also helps separate him from his old home, so he didn't mind at all.

Sans just watched fondly over ink as he did so.

"Never expected this, now did you sans?" Para asked sans, sounding amused.

Sans just chuckled again, "I may not have expected this to happen, nor expected that I care a lot more then I thought I would, but I wouldn't change it for anything. As long as those I care about, are happy and safe, then it's fine with me."

Para hums at that, "true, but don't forget your own happiness as well sans."

Sans just closed his eye sockets and smiled, "I won't. But it will just have to wait a little bit until I'm sure our multiverse won't turn out like some of the others, we already changed it so there isn't a creator or protector...but we don't yet know about the destroyer...if there will be one now or not due to era. We'll see what happens. Right now, I am content..."

Para shifted a little bit, "very well then, as long as you don't overdo it and still can be happy a bit when hanging with your brothers, I won't bother you much about it til after everything's done with."

Sans just looked away towards where his brothers voices could be heard, "yeah..thank you para, I don't know what I could have done without all of your help. I think I can be very happy eventually. As long as they are safe and happy."

Para just hummed a bit, accepting the answer for now, they will make sure sans is happy as well, for as long as they live.

After all, it can't do that their friend isn't happy.

Para will make sure those he cares about, will live, safe, and happy. And they care about so many of them. So the best thing they can do, is make sure everyone is alright, and their multiverse doesn't turn out like some of the others.

Para will make sure all of his precious monsters are happy. He swears on it, if not now, then eventually they all will be happier...
