It's been 3 weeks since my father had passed away and things have gotten quite different for me. My aunt and cousins have been making me do chores around the house and I've gotten food that's not as extravagant as theirs, but that's ok. I'm pretty used to it.
I walk into my room which is now what used to be the storage room.

Paisley had taken what used to be my room but now they refer to it as their room. I just wish that they could have a little more heart into more than just themselves sometimes.
Speaking of said girl, I see both Kara and Paisley waiting by my door with Paisley looking at me angrily.

"Hey you! Aren't you supposed to be cleaning my room? It's all waiting for it to be cleaned up you know!"
"And don't forget that Mommy wants you to clean the windows, mop my floor, and polish our shoes", Kara said in a more shy manner.
"Don't worry you two, I'll get those chores done in a jiffy".
I head out of the room with Paisley as usual kicking me in the back trying to hurry me up as I go do the chores that I need to get done.

After just 2 hours of cleaning the window, washing all the dirty dishes, and mopping the floor of Kara's room, I finally make my way to Paisley's, aka my old room.
