I got up and got dressed for school. My last day with my friends. I did a small french that went into a ponytail. I slipped on my black vans and grabbed my skateboard.
I ate my breakfast quickly before throwing my backpack over my shoulders. I headed out the door and rode my skateboard to school.
It was a long time before lunch, but it eventually came along. I sat at our lunch table and ate my sandwich.
"It's time to practice the big lie. I'll be spending the night at Alex's to play a cool new video game." Tuck says, and pulls out some of his video cameras.
"I'll be spending the night at Tuck's playing a video game." Munch says, eating his lunch.
"I'll be staying in your mom's bed not playing video games." Alex says to Tuck having a laugh. I roll my eyes at how pervertish he sounds.
"Leave my mom out of this man. Aurora your turn."
"I'll be staying the night at Rachel's." I say simply. "Tuck are you serious?" I hold up some spy glasses putting them on.
"Yes, they get me all the ladies." Tuck takes away the glasses. "I'll show you." He goes over to a table filled with the popular girls. He talks to Emma and she hands him a paper.
"You did not get her number." Alex says, as Tuck sits back down.
"I did get her number." Tuck says, and I snatch the paper from his hands.
"It's blank, dude." I say throwing the paper back on the table. Lunch is over and our classes our done. I take my skateboard from my locker and skate back home with the others riding there bikes home.
When I get home I take out all my school stuff and toss in a couple of things we might need for the trip. It's time for our little adventure, so I walk out of my room and tell my mom that I'm staying at Rachel's.
I'm glad my parents and Rachel's parents hate eachother, so my mom won't call them for me. I put on my helmet and ride my bike to Alex's.
I get to Alex's house in time to see him and Tuck riding down. We all ride to Munch's house, hopefully he doesn't back out. We walk into his and up to his room, scaring the crap out of him.
Heading out the house Munch almost doesn't go, but he says he'll go if Alex and Tuck where a helmet. They both fight over the black and Alex wins it.
"Hey, Tuck give me the spy glasses." I say taking the glasses from him. I jump back on my bike and we follow the map for miles. We were tired and scared a long way from home.
When the map comes to an end we notice some kind of metal thing. Munch goes to pick it up only to drop it an run a bit far. Alex goes to take a look at and drops the thing as well. I stifle a laugh and go up to the metal thing.I grab it and it beeps causing me to drop it.
"What the hell?" I shout, looking at Alex. "It just beeped!"
"It's just junk! We came all the way out here just for this junk! We did nothing!" Tuck says angry. I grab the little metal thing putting it in my backpack.
"Why you doing that for?"
"It might be more important than you think, Tuck." We all start walking back to our bikes when Tuck, Alex, and Munch's phone act up. "It's a new map!" I exlaim, seeing lights and dropping to the floor. We all crawl back to our bikes and escape.
"Who the hell were those guys? Do you think they were looking for this thing?" I say as we ride our bikes.
"If they were it must be important then." Tuck says.
"So, we're following the new map?"
"Yeah...we are."
