"I'm about to receive the Blessing of the Goddess of Creation, as a Tier 0, as a High Human. If I were to tell this to my former self, he would never believe it." Shi Feng couldn't help but laugh internally. All of this happened due to him reincarnating for the second time, but this time, he would move as freely as a lone wolf.
