~3rd Person P.O.V.~
Edmund was held on tight to a griffin as it flew in the air, flying around the Telmarine castle later that night. Eventually, they made it to a high tower from the castle, where Edmund and the griffin hid on the roof as they avoided the guard's line of sight, who stood just below them. Peeking over, Edmund watched as the guard turned around and the griffin grabbed ahold of him. The Pevensie boy jumped down from the roof, peeking over the edge before turning on his torch, giving the signal.
From afar, Peter, Y/n, Susan, Trumpkin and Caspian all were being held by griffins, just like Edmund was seconds ago. Soon enough, the five passed the slightly younger teen, who continued turning his torch on and off. The griffins flew around the castle, where the five soon landed on another part of the castle's roof, Peter and Y/n quickly taking down two guards.
Eventually, Susan threw a rope over the edge, where Caspian was quick to climb down first, followed by Peter, then Y/n, then Susan, and lastly, Trumpkin. The five all walked into Caspian's professor's empty study.
"I have to find him." Caspian states.
"You don't have time. You need to get the gate open." Peter reminds.
"You wouldn't even be here without him. And neither would I." Caspian objects.
Peter glances over his shoulder at his sister and girlfriend. Both girls share a look before nodding at each other.
"Us three can deal with Miraz." Susan states.
"And I can still get to the gate in time." Caspian adds before running out of the room and after his professor, Trumpkin following in suit.
The three soon walked out of the room, sneaking silently through the castle halls, on their way to Miraz, completely unaware that Caspian had beaten them to it. Peter and Y/n unsheathed their swords, silently taking out guards before they made it to Miraz's bedroom, opening the door, they heard a familiar voice from inside.
Caspian.
"I don't want to do this." They hear Caspian's aunt warn.
"We don't want you to either." Susan replies as they walk in, her bow and arrow aimed at Caspian's aunt, who held a crossbow, aiming it at the prince.
"This used to be a private room." Miraz states, hands on hips.
"Caspian, what are you doing?" Y/n asks.
"You're supposed to be in the gatehouse!" Peter reminds.
"No!" Caspian exclaims. "Tonight for once, I want the truth. Did you kill my father?"
"Now we get to it." Miraz nods.
"You said your brother died in his sleep." Caspian's aunt recalls.
"That was more or less true." Miraz responds.
"Caspian, this won't make things any better." Susan tries.
"We Telmarines would have nothing had we not taken it. Your father knew that as well as anyone." Miraz informs.
"How could you?" Caspian's aunt questions, slowly lowering the crossbow.
"For the same reason you will pull that trigger." Miraz replies. "For our son." Miraz slowly takes steps to his nephew, who still held his sword pointed at the man's neck.
"Stop!" Caspian's aunt exclaims.
"Stay right there." Susan adds.
"You need to make a choice, dear. Do you want our child to be king? Or do you want him to be like Caspian here?" Miraz asks. "Fatherless!"
