I get my usual ice coffee.
And Lili gets the same thing but hot.
Then we take our seats at a table.

"Wanna tell me why you're upset?"

"Wha-"

"Oh come on Sky. It obvious."

"How so?"

"Well for one... you were walking down the sidewalk like a lost puppy with sad eyes."

I sigh.
Maybe I should tell her.
But I shouldn't be specific.
I don't wanna out Calvin...
Or myself.
But Calvin said he was straight?
Either way, I should leave out the details.

"It's complicated."

"Spill." She playfully hits my hand with hers.

"It's just that yesterday-- Last night I shared a very intimate moment with someone..." I trail off.

"And that's a bad thing?"

"It is when they pretend it never happens the morning after."

She takes my hands into hers.
"Aw sky I'm sorry."

"Its alright," I half smile. "Maybe it's a sign i should move on."

"That's the additude." She grins.

"So are you going to classes today."

After everything this morning I wasnt planning on it.

She scans my face and speaks when I don't respond.
"We can skip today if you want. We can also do something that'll take your mind off of everything."

"You know what that does actually sound kinda nice." Besides, I already need a break from the city.
"Can we go somewhere outta the city."

She beams, "I know the most perfect place."
She grabs her coffee cup and stands.
"Let's go."

I follow her out the door and down the street.
"We have to walk back to campus to get my car. Is that cool?"

"I don't mind." Atleast it'd kill time.

We stroll down the sidewalk for about fifteen minutes.
She even shows me how to cut through stores and out the back for a quicker way to the university.
