Lost and Gone

Where are you?

I lost that playful smile.

Where are you?

You no more listen to a sweet lullaby.

Where are you?

That carefree child.

Where are you?

One who was away from the wild.

Where are you?

Crushed under the stampede of life.

Where are you?

Losing the will to strive.

Where are you?

Looking for a shelter to shed tears.

Where are you?

Bottling up worst of the fears over the years.

Where are you?

Yearning for a soulful embrace.

Where are you?

Tired of running the race.

Tired of running the race.
