Withering away in pain
How can we be so cruel?
Everywhere we can see destruction
Rest in peace my friend
Eventually we will become human .
I cannot imagine what they feel.
She did the mistake of believing us.
How to stop the madness?
Understand and feel them .
Make them feel loved.
Are we becoming monsters?
Not having the slightest concern?
I've failed as a human.
Though they trust us more than us.
Yet they end up getting the worst.

I tried writing an acrostic poem today (a poem in which each letter is a part of the word). Eg. In this poem, if you read the first letter of every stanza, it becomes WHERE IS HUMANITY?
