Chapter three

Dream woke up the next morning feeling very happy, he stood up and brushed his teeth, took a shower and went downstairs seeing everyone on their phones they look up and smiled at Dream.

"morning muffinhead breakfast is in the kitchen!"

he nodded and walked in to the kitchen and immediately layed eyes on the plate with pancakes, he smiled and munched on them immediately. Boy he was hungry.

he finished eating and took his plate and placed it in the sink and went to join everyone in the living room.

"Guys can I tell you something?" George said while playing with his hoodie strings

They all nodded.

"So... There's this girl, we've been friends for 6 months and we discovered we had feelings for each other so... Yeah we're dating.."

Stabbed.

Dream froze, he stayed still trying not to burst into tears.

"Congrats dude!" Wilbur congratulated

"Nice Gogy!" Tommy and Tubbo said

But Bad and Sapnap stayed quiet and looked at Dream worried. Dream felt a tickle in his throat again he immediately rushed to the bathroom.

Bad and Sapnap followed immediately leaving the others confused.

Dream locked the door and threw up petals with more blood this time and coughed really bad than before he almost couldn't breath. He sat there and cried black ink

"DREAM OPEN THE DOOR WERE GETTING MORE WORRED!" Bad screamed behind the door

"DREAM ARE YOU THERE!?"

"Y-y-yeah *sobs*"

"Can you please open the door!?"

He tried to stand up but he was to weak he lost his energy so he just crawled to the door and unlocked it, Bad and Sapnap immediately burst in and found Dream crying on the floor.

Bad comforted him by hugging him then soon enough Dream fell asleep in his arms.

|9 hours later...|

Dream woke up by the sound of knocking.

"It's open.." The door opened revealing a worried Tommy.

"Hey Tommy.."

"Hey Dream, Are you okay?" He said sitting down at the end of Dream's bed.

"Yeah"

"Be serious Dream I'm worried Tubbo is getting worried.."

Dream felt guilty for not telling them he stayed quiet and Tommy sighed and started to stand up but Dream stopped him by saying

"I have a disease."

That made Tommy turn to look at Dream "I have a disease..." He repeated

"Well, what's it called and is there a cure?" Tommy asked sitting back down

Dream only shook his head which Tommy look scared..

"No. There not... I'm gonna die soon.."

"W-what?"

"I'm gonna die Tommy.."

Tommy shook his 'no' he had tears in his eyes

"It's okay Tommy, you'll be okay.."

"No I'm not, Dream your my best pal, no one wants to lose theirs.." he chocked out, Dream smiled and opened his arms for Tommy to crawl in and he did, he hugged Dream with his life depended on it

"You'll be fine Tommy.."

Tommy only buried his head into Dream's shoulder, they heard the door click Dream looked up to see Bad standing there...

"Hey muffin you doing okay?" He asked Dream and he nodded and looked down at Tommy who was still crying then looked back at bad

"Aw you poor thing c'mere..." Bad said hugging Tommy he hugged back

"Tom, promise me one thing.." Tommy looked at him tears still pouring out

"When I'm gone stream it on my account... Tell the fandom I love them okay?" He said with a small smile and Tommy nodded...

|Days later....|

Days come by Dream was becoming more weak he often streams but he was always tired.

One more month Dream will pass so he decided to have his last final days with his friends...
