Finally making it to Rick's house I decide to give him some time alone, I mean what he's going through is rough and as much as I want to comfort him and tell him it's going to be okay I just think this is a personal moment. So I decide to check other houses for food and medical supplies maybe batteries too and possibly some more clothes, after hitting about 3 houses not finding too much food getting lucky on a box of breakfast bars, and finding a few medical things nothing to great which is expected since most homes keep only the most basic things for scrapes and bruises, good thing I got a bunch of great stuff from the hospital.

I found some clothes not much since most people packed up and left but a few shirts here and there a pair of jeans and some shorts, she decides to keep looking in hopes of finding something worth while when a gun shot suddenly rings out filling the air. A small jolt of fear floods her body, bolting out the house and making her way to where Rick's place is located she quickly sees a man standing over him holding a gun to his head "Hey, woah lets put the gun down" she yells while almost there the man quickly points the gun to her she can see panic and uncertainty shine in his eyes.

When she gets closer her face suddenly fills with joy as she calls out to the man "Morgan!?...Duane!?" the man instantly lowers the gun "Lilly?" she gives a happy nod as the young boy practically tackles her in a hug, she gently rubs his hair feeling his body shiver slightly indicating a few tears, "hey, hey it's okay" she gently calms the boy down before hugging Morgan "It's good to see a familiar face" she pulled him in tighter "me too I'm glad your all okay" when she pulled away she could see the dark look of loss engraving his face, instead of asking she decided to keep quiet he would tell her what happened when he feels he can.

They carried Rick into the house and placed him onto a bed she sighed putting her bag and bigger weapons down, digging in her bag for the medical supplies required to clean and treat Rick's wounds she heads to Rick's bed side only to see him cuffed, she makes eye contact with Morgan who only sends her a small smirk like smile "can't be too careful" understandable so she gives a nod starting to clean his gunshot wound.

"So who is this guy a patient?" she gives a nod not looking up fully focused on her work "yeah, he was a cop, shot before all this went down I got rather close to his family and ended up promising his son I'd keep him safe, that being said I don't know if I could reunite him with them...I don't know where they are or if their alive I know they got out but that's as far as it goes...but I'll keep hope and at the very least try to help him find them..." she trailed off a small amount of hope filling her bright green eyes.

This was something Morgan always admired about her no matter what happened she wouldn't give up hope and she'd never stop fighting the woman was a stubborn as a mule when she set her mind to things there's nothing you can do to change it she will keep going until she accomplishes her goal he partly thinks that thinking came from her Army days but he has a feeling she's just always been that way, a strong independent woman who can pretty much accomplish anything, even when she's been through so much she never gave up she kept going and focused on helping others.

With a small smile on his face he decided to ask a very loaded question, "Have you heard anything from your dad or sisters?" finishing cleaning this chest wound she makes eye contact with the man "no, not since before all this went down...but I know their okay" he gives her an almost pitying look "you should prepare for the worst" his voice held such a heavy tone and she knew he was referring to his own unexpected pain.

So she gave him a soft smile "their Alive Morgan I know they are, I can feel it...I'll head down that way after I get him to his family" her voice holding a soft but confident tone made him feel a slight almost sadness for the woman knowing that this thinking stile and her hopeful always looking on the bright side nature would cause her great pain in the future, so all he did was give her a soft nod.
