To Capture This Moment [SasuNaru]

Chapter 1

"Oh Naruto! I can't thank you enough for doing this!"

Naruto smiled at his old university classmates. Ino and Sai were finally ready to prepare for the wedding, and Naruto was the honored photographer that was going to capture their big moment. After all, he had been the one to capture the moment that Sai proposed to Ino.

"I wouldn't miss it for the world. Hopefully I just don't fall out of a tree this time" Naruto laughed as he lightly scratched at his cheek.

When Sai was going to propose to Ino, Naruto made sure that he wasn't seen. He wanted to really capture the moment and the love in the picture. He made sure to conceal himself in a tree, but still at a good angle. Everything was perfect.. until Naruto hung upside down from a branch to get a different angle, and the tree branch decided it couldn't hold his weight anymore.

Luckily he had the picture of the proposal before he fell and literally crashed the night.

"I'll make sure to send you the details of the venue and everything as soon as it's booked!" Ino stated as she hugged the blond male, sparkles in her eyes as she thought about her big day.

Naruto said his goodbyes, hopped on his orange motorcycle, and drove back to his apartment. He still had a couple edits that he needed to get done that night.

Although he didn't have a consistent schedule, Naruto was very happy with his work. He made the decision to go into photography after high school graduation. Although the moment for him was unpleasant, he loved how everyone else looked standing with their families and friends, celebrating.

Walking into his apartment, he subconsciously grabbed the ring hanging from his necklace, as he let out a small sigh. He opened the door to the apartment, placing his keys and camera on the small table located near the door.

The apartment that he occupied was a very traditional 1 bedroom apartment. The thing that was most surprising, was that Naruto didn't have a single decoration. Despite being a photographer, there were no pictures displayed in his home.

He used to have pictures back in high school, but after he got into community college, he took them all down, placed them in a box, on the top of a shelf of his closet. He didn't like to look back at those pictures anymore. It depressed him too much. Especially now since everyone from high school that he knew was getting married or starting a family.

Even his best friends Shikamaru and Kiba were moving on with their lives. Shikamaru and Temari were expecting their first child in a few months, which Naruto would be taking the maternity pictures soon. Kiba was planning his proposal to Hinata and of course, Naruto was going to be there to capture that moment as well.

After grabbing a snack from the kitchen, Naruto packed up his laptop into his bag along with his camera, and headed back out. When he really needed to sit down and focus, he liked to do his editing at the library. It was a place that was quiet and he had less distractions there. He didn't like sitting in his lonely apartment more than he had to.

Walking into the library, Naruto made his way to the empty tables towards the back end of the building. They were equipped with outlets built into the table, making his set up easier. After settling down and getting all of his equipment out of his bag, Naruto put his headphones in and set to work.

He was getting quicker at editing, but everything still took time. He was the type to double check every photo to make sure they were perfect. The edits he was currently working on, were those for real estate. He took pictures for one home that was going on sale, and another set of pictures for an office building that was just built. Real estate was not his favorite thing to shoot, but it paid his bills.
