1. The Beginning

I've had this idea in my head for soooooo long and finally decided to do it😌 hope it's good tho, enjoy!

Everyone in the Namikaze kingdom were rejoicing. Everywhere you looked, decorations of all kind that flattered the streets would smile a bright shine right back at you. Hung in shops, houses, even the forest that surrounded the large kingdom had decorations for travelers to be informed of the good news. But the most decorated place of all, was the Royal Palace.

Today was a special day -obviously, the royal family was also celebrating the arrival of someone special. They were beyond excited and happy, some family members visited to give their congratulations, some giving gifts. It was a festive day.

Kushina, the queen of the land hidden in the leaves had a hand on her stomach, her husband kneeling next to the bed she was on with his hand above hers. The ginger gazed at her husband lovingly and Minato smiled at the red-headed queen. The king was beyond happy because his wife was bearing him their second child.

The due date should be the next day, the 10th of October. The wedded couple was glad that their eldest son would have company to play with. The poor boy wasn't able to play or interact with anyone from outside the palace, Minato knew it wasn't good for the young prince but he was doing it for his safety. He had many enemies, he was a powerful man, the King of the famous Namikaze Kingdom, the leader of the Namikaze clan. Of course people would want his head, and he was sure they'd use his son as bait if they had the chance.

The Uzumaki clan were foxes, powerful foxes. And a fox's strength depends on the amount of tails the clan member has, from one to nine. Minato was a coyote, though after joining the Namikaze and Uzumaki clans, he had three tails, but he was the fastest of them all, he wasn't named the 'Yellow Flash of the Leaf' for no reason, he had a high bounty on his head. REAAALLLYYY high. He could move at the speed of lightning, so he wouldn't risk sending his son out of the palace grounds to mingle with anybody, he couldn't trust everyone in this kingdom.

He wondered if he'd have to do the same thing with his soon to be born son as well, he didn't want to do that, he didn't want to isolate his son any more than he already has. The child deserved freedom, and so does his brother.

Kushina saw the distressed face of her lover and placed her free hand in his blonde hair, it reminded her of the sun, so bright and untamed. She ran her fingers through the smooth locks, not surprised that she didn't find any tangles to untangle. Even though Minato's hair looked as messy and spiky as ever, it was smooth to the touch. She knew her mate loved when she did this, it would calm him instantly.

Only the submissive of two mates could calm their dominant when stressed or angry -any type of emotional problem really. The alpha's tense shoulders relaxed when he felt his omega's hand rubbing his scalp, "We'll figure something out when the time comes" Kushina's sweet voice assured the blonde king of his worries. Even though he said nothing about his sudden mood change, the ginger knew exactly what was on his mind and he loved it. He loved how she could read him.

"Mom? Dad?" A young blond boy peeped his head through the large double doors of the master bedroom in the palace which Minato and his mate shared. "Hm?" The king answered absent mindedly, too lost in the feeling of his submissive's fingers massaging his scalp.

"I was looking for you two!" A six year old Deidara ran into the large room and onto the king sized bed, he sat next his mother who was leaning against the head board and pressed his ear to her large stomach. It looked ready to pop and he giggled at the thought, "I can't wait to see him" Deidara smiled, his blonde hair that met his shoulders fanned his mother's stomach. "Me either sweetie, he'll be out by tomorrow" his mother smiled down at her son who suddenly shot up.
