Naruto followed, not caring that he had to get home or his family would worry themselves to death. He couldn't lose his mate, if he did, he had no idea what he would do to himself. The blonde had never thought he would meet his life partner, it was so rare. He was a male omega, there was a 99.9% he wouldn't have been able to meet his soulmate. Naruto thought that there was no one out there for him. He just existed to live in misery and die alone. Minato, Kushina and Deidara may not know it, but he was waiting for the day he would get terribly sick and die from not having a mate existing in this world.

It never happened, and he found hope. And if he lost that hope, he might end up dieing for real. "Sasuke-kun wait!" He yelled, trying to catch up to the running large wolf. He couldn't use his speed for he would give himself away. His identity was a S-ranked top secret. No one knew about him, many things could go wrong if anyone were to find out his identity. He took a huge risk just by leaving the palace.

"Stop following me" the dark haired wolf said, glancing behind him as he activated his sharingan again and skidded to a stop. The raven turned around and bolted towards the surprised blonde. He was getting pissed off. He bared his sharp teeth at Naruto, a sign to back off.

He tackled the small fox to the ground, knocking the breath out of Naruto's lungs, coughing when his back made contact with the forest floor. "W...wha-" Naruto opened his eyes that had been shut by the pain in his back.

"I said stop following me!" The Uchiha prince had never yelled this much in his 17 years of living. "Katon!" He said, ready to kill the fox below him. All the fibers in his body yelled at him to stop, that he couldn't kill his mate. He saw the look in those blue orbs, and hesitated. He had never hesitated to kill before, so why now?

Naruto was scared shitless, wasn't your alpha supposed to take care of you? But this one was trying to kill him. His ocean blue eyes shimmered with upcoming tears, the once calm ocean now a raging sea of sadness and fear for the one above him. Just as Sasuke was about to get off the scared fox, his brother came running "Sasuke!" The older Uchiha tackled his brother to the ground, he had came just in time to see the whole thing, he was frozen in place that the Prince of Konoha was still alive. He should have done something from before, although he was just as confused, he knew Naruto wanted to explain.

"What were you thinking!?" Sasuke growled at his brother, irritated that he was pushed and then yelled at. "Get off me nii-san!" The raven tried to push the Uchiha off him. Naruto was still frozen from fear, his breathing coming out in ragged breaths. He had almost died.....by his mate's hands.

Maybe he wasn't supposed to be happy, maybe he really was a freak. If his mate tried to kill him, then what was he as an omega. He failed, he failed to be a proper omega that comforts and attends to their alpha's every need. They barely met and Sasuke already wanted to kill him.

"I wasn't going to kill him" Sasuke mumbled, although he knew there was no way of justifying himself, Itachi had literally seen him ready a fireball jutsu to fire at the male. "Don't give me that" Itachi scowled, "You were literally about to start a war" the younger alpha gasped softly at the information, how would he have started a war? It was just going to be another low life, attention seeking weirdo gone.

"How the hell would I have started a war by killing that piece of shit?" He pushed his older brother off of him and sat on his hind legs, stealing a glare at the shaking fox. Itachi face palmed and sighed, he got up and went over to the frightened prince. "I apologize on Sasuke's behalf. Are you ok, prince Naruto?" He asked kneeling down to Naruto's height since the small fox reached him at his hip. Sasuke reached him at his shoulders. When one shifted to their animal forms, they were large creatures. Larger than any other regular animals, that's how they tell the difference between hybrids and regular animals when hunting.
