"Well,it says here that Bill is scared in Real life people .Not only for scaring purpose.Real life people can defeat Bill by hugging. Only Famous people in real life can defeat Bill."then Dipper stop reading.Then he flip the book
"Famous people in real life is much powerful than Bill because they get more attention and it gives them power.But it can only activate in our world"oh that's why.
