*Kanao's POV*
I walked into the cave after chasing the rabbit like boy that resembled my friend. As soon as I walked in I began falling through pitch black darkness.
Panicked I started moving around to a position where I could carefully brace myself from impact when I ultimately hit ground. After successfully calming myself, I began to scan the surroundings.
There were floating tables and chairs, teapots with tea cups, bookcases with stray books. It looked as if someone had dumped all their home furnishings down this hole. What kind of demon blood art even is this? I thought to myself. My train of thought was disrupted when I had slowly landed my feet on the ground.
Hmm, This wasn't as deep as I had thought it was. And there was no impact from the land, strange. I brushed off any dirt that had gotten on myself from before and notice I was now wearing a light blue kimono with a white apron. I ignored it and began looking around the room.
After wandering around a bit I found a little door with a table in front. When I say little you would think a smaller but reasonably sized door, but this was tiny, no human being could fit through it. I decide to open the door so I could see whats on the outside. "OI! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING!?"
" GAH!" I yelp in surprise, not knowing where the voice came from. " Down here lass.",I look down to see that the door knob now had a face and was talking to me. "Be more careful next time, anyways what might you need?" "Um I was wondering how I could get through this door." I hesitantly respond to the door nob.
" If that's the case then you need the key." Just a key huh, "Where could I find this key?" "On the table behind you." I stand up to indeed see a key, as well as a plate of cookies and a bottle with a tag saying "Drink me". I put the key in the apron pocket, and inspect the drink. The back of the tag said "To shrink to the size you want, drink a drop, to grow eat a bite."
I put a few cookies in my pocket with the key and take the drink. One drop to shrink to the height you want huh. I open the bottle and make sure to take only one drop. Suddenly I feel like I had been pushed to the ground, but when I open my eyes, I'm smaller, and the door is a normal size now.
I take the key out of my pocket and put it into the keyhole. "Goodbye" I say to the door nob, shocking myself with the action. "Goodbye and good luck to you lass." With that I gently open the door and walk through.
During the whole encounter, one thought remained in the back of my mind, Where am I?
