The Team Sleepover ~ Dean Portman*

(Summary: Kiara Mendoza and Luis Mendoza decided to invite all the Ducks to their house for a sleepover. Kiara and Dean end up getting into a fight)

Warnings - You all know the drill, asterisks mean mature content. Angst, Cussing, Mention of cheating. (This takes place in D2 but pretend they are sixteen/seventeen)

 "Luis!" Kiara yelled from the bottom of the stairs. The speedster of her younger  twin brother came flying down the stairs. She cringed as she heard him crash at the bottom of the stairs. She put the salsa she was making down on the table, and went over to help her brother.

"You know mama and papa wouldn't be too happy if they found out you are wrecking the new house already." She scolded him as she helped him up off of the ground. After they had came back from winning the Junior Goodwill Games, Kiara and Luis's parents decided to buy a house in Minneapolis so they could be with their new friends. 

"I know, Kiara." Luis, annoyingly, groaned at his older sister. Even though she is one minute older, she has always been more responsible and organized than Luis. 

"Now that you have decided to calm down, you can help me make the food." Kiara smiled as she gave Luis the tomatoes so he can help make the food for the party later. 

Both of their parents will be back in Miami for the weekend saying goodbye, and packing up the last of their stuff so they gave the house to Luis and Kiara. Kiara wanted to make sure the house was perfect for everyone while Luis could care less.

"Is everyone staying in the basement tonight?" Luis asked as she cupped his diced tomatoes in his hand, and put them in the bowl in front of him. 

"Yep, that's the plan. If someone gets uncomfortable I will offer one of our rooms though." Kiara tells Luis as she headed over to the fridge. He smirked at her and then chuckled which made her turn around. "What?"

"Don't act like you and Portman haven't gotten a little handsy recently." He claims which makes Kiara turn a bright red. "Trust me sis, I know" He winked, and then went down to the basement. 

Kiara had hoped that it was just Luis's twin telepathy since her and Dean aren't really a 'thing'.

A few hours later the team started to arrive at the Mendoza house. Kiara greeted everyone, and directed them to the basement where Luis was with everyone else. When everyone was there she brought down the food, and let everyone start eating. She left the cake she had made upstairs to bring later. Luis put in a movie, and everyone started talking amongst themselves.

"I think it is great you organized this for all of us," Adam told Kiara. "It's great for team bonding." He winked at her which made her laugh. What Kiara didn't know was Dean was watching from the other side of the room as Adam innocently flirted with Kiara. She didn't really give in back, but she kept talking to him to be nice.

After they watched around two movies, Kiara decided to stand up and announce she was getting the cake. Of course, Adam stood up and offered to help her which she agreed to since she could use the help. As she made her way to the basement stairs she saw Dean's jealous glare. She quickly diverted her attention to heading back up, Adam following her. 

Adam opened the fridge for her as she got the cake out of the fridge. As she put it on the counter, and Adam was getting plates, Dean came up the stairs. Kiara furrowed her eyebrows in confusion to why he was upstairs. She then saw him mouth something 'bathroom, now.'

"Uhm, hey Adam?" She turned around, and asked for the blonde boy. He happily turned around, but Kiara ended up shoving a cake into his hands. "Can you bring that down for everyone? I'll be right back." Adam didn't even have time to speak before Kiara rushed after Dean into the bathroom. 

"Hey Dean, what's up?" She nervously asks the very obviously annoyed teen. He rolls his eyes, and uncrosses his arms. "Maybe I should ask you what's up with you and Banks?" He retorts.

"There is nothing going on with Adam and I, Dean. We are just friends." Kiara told Dean who didn't seem to believe one thing she was saying. The next thing that came out of Dean's mouth enraged Kiara though. "That's exactly what my last girlfriend said."

Kiara scoffed and crossed her arms. She didn't really feel like dealing with Dean tonight, but she was going to have too. 

"So what?" She started, "You compare me to your ex? Are soo in love with your ex Dean that you are comparing me to her?" Kiara's voice started getting louder, and only now Dean realize what he said was very bad.

"Because you know what Dean? Maybe I will-!" Kiara was stopped by a pair of soft lips that were pressured against hers. She reluctantly kissed him back, and he pushed her up against the bathroom walls. His right hand that was on her cheek traveled down to her waist which he used to pull her closer to him. Kiara felt like she was on top of the world. She was kissing the guy who she had a crush on. 

He finally pulled away from her as he needed to get a gasp of air. Kiara watched the line of her and Dean's spit as it disconnected from his lips. He ran his hand through his hair having to overthink what he just did. 

"Why did you?" Kiara asked as she brought her finger rips to her lips. She still felt the tingle from the kiss on them. "Needed to get you to shut up one way or the other." 

"Do it again, Portman, kiss me." Kiara told him, and he smiled and reluctantly kissed her back. They were interrupted two minutes after from Luis knocking on the door. 

"Don't think I didn't notice you and Portman both gone little sis!"
