"y/n, wake up" quinn sang in a singy-song voice "we'll miss breakfast if you don't wake your ass up" she sang once more

"please stop singing" i groaned as i felt quinn snatch my blanket

i slowly got out of bed, rolling my eyes at quinn on my way towards the bathroom. i brushed my teeth all that jazz whatever, before going to throw on my clothes. i zipped up the back of my skirt before doing the last few buttons on my blouse

"it's about time, don't forget your robe" quinn said before walking out the door

i grabbed the robe that sat on the end of my bed before making my way down to the great hall. i sat across from emilio and quinn at the ravenclaw table

"so what class do you have first?" i asked as i took a sip of my water

"i have defense against the dark arts" quinn answered

"me too" emilio smiled "your father is in for a real fun class"

"i feel bad for him honestly" quinn laughed

"i think it'll be fun, he loves you guys but i mean, this is a professional job so we'll see how this plays out"

the two started whispering about something, the two grinned as they came back to the group

"what were you guys whispering about?"

"nothing, just how emilio wishes to be placed by a cute guy in class"

~~~~~~
"before you all take your seats, i've made a seating chart" my dad smiled happily, i'm glad to see him doing something he enjoys
he went down the list, quinn sat next to cedric, emilio next to neville and i was waiting for my seat
"miss lupin-black you'll be in the left back corner with, let me check again, mr potter"
i gave my dad a glare to which he smiled. he hates how much harry and i don't get along and for merlin knows how long, he's been trying to get us to. i see he saw his chance and took it
i sat down and moved my chair a little farther from where harry was
"i don't bite" he whispered
"shut up"
"being bitchy already?"
"the full moon is coming up" i shifted in my seat
"that's a lie, because if it was that close you and remus would've looked like hell"
"keeping track of my father and i?"
"i grew up with you, sadly, so i know how you guys are"
i ignored him for the rest of class, the last thing i need is for the whole school to know about my father and i. madam pomfrey is a godsend, she's been there for us after and before the full moons
