"i love christmas" quinn said for the fifth time as we finished packing to go to the burrow
"let's go, we don't want to be late" i pulled my trunk off my bed and started to drag it out the door. emilio, hermione, harry and the weasleys all sat on the couch waiting to leave
"it's about time, what were you guys doing in there" emilio huffed
"none of your business" i teased
"wow and no invite? i feel offended"
"maybe next time" quinn smiled innocently at him
"can we go now?" harry stood up
"last one there is a slug" george yelled before bolting out the door. there was no way i'd run while trying to drag my trunk full of clothes and gifts for everyone
"i hope you know i was not kidding about letting me join next time" emilio nudged my side
"in your wildest dreams"
"oh trust me, it's there"
"you're a pig" quinn laughed

mr weasley picked us all up at the platform in his flying car. he made the boys ride on brooms while hermione, ginny, quinn, luna and i were in the car
during the ride to the burrow, luna was telling us about how the nargels keep taking her shoes and clothes, ginny and i are in the process of finding the people who are actually doing it
"and here we are" mr weasley said excitedly "home sweet home" we all dragged our trunks through the thick snow that covered the ground
molly opened the door with a smile on her face, she preformed a drying spell on the trunks and our shoes so we didn't track snow inside as she just cleaned
the boys were already here, all slumped down on the couch
molly greeted us all with a warm smile, before motioning us to put our stuff away. every holiday, we stay in ginnys room. ginny and hermione usually take the beds while quinn and i sleep on the floor, now luna will be joining the floor with us, because unlike the other two, she believes it's unfair that not all of us are on the floor
"DINNER IS READY!" someone called out from downstairs. we all left the room, skipping down the stairs
"i told you to go get them not yell" molly yelled at fred
there was a knock at the door "can you get that for me dear?" molly asked me since i was closer to the door than anyone. i opened it and my two dads walked in
