Golden and George wasted no time getting away from L'manburg. They went across the nether and underground some until they found a singular cow. They knew it had to be fate so they settled to live there.
What they didn't realize was they went in a literal circle and that on the other side of the giant rock behind them was the outskirts of L'manburg.
They thought they were safe from anyone so they went to sleep.
George eventually got the courage to ask her out and she obviously said yes.
