That night will forever haunt regulus,
Hearing his brother scream in agony while his mother cursed him.
Watching his brother with tearful eyes as he packed some of his things in a haste.
Seeing his mother burn Sirius' picture out of the family tree.
But what hurt him most is that Sirius never said goodbye.

                                         ———
Regulus barley ate, and he didn't get a lot of sleep.
He had no one to turn to.
Sirius now completely ignores him.
He gets dirty looks from sirius' friends when he passes them by.
What did he tell them to make them hate him?
Regulus felt so alone.
And with his parents trying to convince him to join the dark lord, he felt even more isolated.
He didn't want to get close to anyone anyways.
He was afraid of opening up.
Afraid that they would leave him just like everyone else had.
But deep down in his heart he still wished for someone to reach out to him.
Anyone.

                                         ———
Cassidy Stevenson.
She was a odd girl.
People looked at her funny when she spoke or when she walked down the halls
She was a hufflepuff. And in the same year as regulus black.
She noticed him often. She noticed how sad he looked. And his lack of friends.
Cassidy had no friends as well.
Nobody seemed to like her.
Everyone thought she was strange. That didn't faze her though.
She had long light brown hair that flowed down to her mid back. She had slightly tanned skin. Signaling that she spent time out side, but not too much.
She had beautiful hazel eyes. And she always wore crystal necklaces and was always trying to stand out and express herself in the horrid uniforms at hogwarts.
She was shy, she often wouldn't put herself out there. But something about regulus black intrigued her. She was drawn to the boy, and she felt sorry for him.
Everyone knew that Sirius was disowned.
And everyone knew that he pushed regulus out of his life.

It wouldn't hurt to talk to regulus, right?
