Harry's POV:
I just defeated Voldemort with the help of Hermione and Ron. Tomorrow I was going back to the dursleys and I just wished my parents were alive.
Lily's POV:
Me, James, Marlene and Dorcas were just sitting and talking when we all blacked out. I opened my eyes to see we were in a destroyed house we looked around and it looked so familiar but I couldnt put my finger on it.
"Where are we?" Dorcas asked
"Oh my god.." james said
"What?" I said confused
"Lily..this is our house..."
I was shocked we couldn't be here, we were dead! We all stood up and walked upstairs and then I remembered
"Where's harry!" I shouted
We all rushed upstairs and into his nursery and looked around. It was completely trashed, his crib was broken and on the floor, his wardrobe was broken and there was glass shards all over the floor.
"He's not here!" I said afraid of what happened to him
"We have to go to Dumbledore! He'll know what happened!" Marlene said
So we all ran out of the house and apparated to hogsmead when we got there we were about to go in when James pulled us back
"Were supposed to be dead remember? We can't just walk in here like nothing happened"
"Wow potter being smart didn't think you could do it" Marlene said sarcastically
"Not the time Marlene!" Dorcas yelled at her
James then led us through some old passageway and we ended up in the hallway close to Dumbledore's office
"We just have to name a bunch of sweets!" Dorcas whispered trying not gain any attention from anyone
We all then just named random sweets we knew until james guessed lemon drops and the gargoyle jumped out of the way and we walked up the stairs and into Dumbledore's office.
"Where's Dumbledore?" Dorcas asked
"Probably at a feast" james responded
We then sat down on a couch and waited for Dumbledore to come back. After 30 minutes we could hear steps coming so we all stood up and in walked Dumbledore, when he walked in and saw us he froze before taking out his wand and pointing it at us
"How dare you! Impersonating my old students! What kind of sick joke is this?!" Dumbledore shouted at us
"Albus please put your wand down and let us explain" I said
"I will not put my wand down but you can go on and explain" he replied
"Well we were just sitting and talking when we blacked out and appeared in godrics hollow, we then came to Hogwarts and here we are" Marlene explained
"Well if it's really you guys show your patronus" Dumbledore said
We showed our patronus mine being a doe, a stag for james, a cat for Marlene and a horse for dorcas, Dumbledore then put lowered his wand a little
"I have to sent a patronus to severus and ask him to bring veritaserum" Dumbledore said while rubbing his forehead
He then sent a patronus to snape and we all waited. Five minutes later severus came in and froze up a second later he handed the potion to Dumbledore and stood by the door with his hand next to his wand which was in his pocket, he dropped some onto our tongues and asked
"What are you names?"
"James Potter"
"Lily Potter"
"Marlene McKinnon"
"Dorcas Meadows"
We all answered
"Are you apart of Voldemort's followers?"
"No" we answered in unison
"Who were your friends at Hogwarts?"
"My friends were Remus Lupin, Sirius Black and Peter Pettigrew" james answered
"It was lily, Dorcas, Alice, Mary and Me" Marlene said
He then gave us the antidote and I asked
"Albus how long have we been dead?"
His smile faded
"10 years my dear" he said with a sad voice
Oh no, I missed 10 whole years of my baby's life
"Where is harry by the way?" James asked
"I can get him for you" Dumbledore said
And with that he sent a patronus over to professor mcgonagall.
