James' POV:
It was a day after Sirius' trial and we had gone home to the the mansion, Sirius and Remus had decided to get back together and we were gonna see Mary tomorrow, Lily had made dinner and we had figured out our rooms after dinner. Sirius and Remus were sharing and Peyton's room was across from their's, Lily and I's was at the end of the hall and across was Harry's and dorcas and Marlene's room was on the next floor. We had all settled into our rooms and were getting ready for bed,
"Night lily flower" I said kissing her forehead
"Night james" she said while turning off the lamp
And in a matter of minutes the whole house was silent, all you could hear was light snoring from Remus and all was well.

No one's POV:
It was 7AM and their meeting with Dumbledore was at 10 and everyone was all over the place Sirius was hogging the bathroom, Remus was knocking on the door repeatedly considering he wasnt ready, harry was trying to find his brush so he could somehow fix is hair, lily was downstairs cooking breakfast, james was still asleep, Marlene was running around trying to find her jacket, dorcas was throwing thing around trying to find the perfect sweater and Peyton was reading at the kitchen table. So yea, a mess. Once Everyone was ready and had eaten breakfast it was about 9:45, they decided to take the floo once they got there the all sat down in some chairs in front of Dumbledore at 9:55 Mary showed up
"Hello, am I late?" She asked nervously while sitting down in a chair
"No ms. Macdonald you are just in time" dumbledore said CaLmLy
(Sorry lol)
"Well let's get down to business, I'm sure you would all like to talk so I'm going to give you all some privacy" he said before walking out of the office
"How have you Mary?" Lily asked politely
"I've been good, I had been keeping in touch with Remus and Dumbledore" Mary answered
They all caught up for a while until they noticed it was 5:00 in the evening.
"Mary would you like to stay with us at the potter mansion?" Remus asked
"Are you sure? I don't want to be a bother" Mary answered unsure
"Of course! And you wont be a bother" james said
"Well alright I guess" Mary said while smiling
And when they returned everything was great because they were back again and they could happy
