i'm guessing ali didn't see what i had done, since she was still considerably angry with johnny. and it didn't seem to phase johnny, since was already back up and trying to make right with ali. this boy couldn't take a hint could he?
after ali and johnny had exchanged a few harsh words, i heard all the boys begin to get on their bikes and leave. i watched as ali had made her way over to the boy who laid face first in the sand, trying to help him up.
"ali, i think its better if we leave him alone."
i say quietly, while placing a hand on my friends shoulder. the kid did just get the shit beaten out of him, the last thing he would want is loads of attention.
i decided just to head back up to my car, i'm kind of glad i didn't ride with anyone so i could just go back home. my car was nice, it was an early graduation gift considering that i'm driving myself to school now i need a car for that. my grandpa bought me a ferarri 288 gto, its light blue, and my oh my its the prettiest thing i ever did see. it was my prize possession, no doubt.

on my drive home i couldnt stop thinking about how angry ali was. ive never seen her look so mad before, it was almost scary. and johnny.. that boy just looked like he would pick a fight any opportunity he got, but there was just something about him and i couldn't keep him off my mind.
