My dearest Étole,

I have not heard from you in many moons. I sincerely hope that when this letter reaches you (if it does), it finds you in good health. Everything has changed in the short years in which we have been apart, some things for the better (we have running water now, and the mushroom crops have thrived this year!), however I can't help but dwell on the past, and how it used to be. Do you remember when they first started building the cranes? It was incredible! We would rush to the construction sites as soon as our chores were done, excited to see if anything new has been built! Oh Étole, how I miss how bright life seemed back then! Anyways, it appears that I have forgotten myself, I haven't even asked how you have been! Please write back if you get the time.

Yours sincerely, Atlas Greenwich
