you came out as bisexual two months ago and are best friends with ginny. you now have a crush on her and don't know what to do.
Y/N POV
ugh. avoiding your best friend/crush is so hard. I just wanna start drifting, but every time she opens her mouth to say something, I forget why I'm even avoiding her!!
lately, ginny's been acting funny. she sits closer to me than usual and her hugs last just a tad bit longer than they usually do. she's always finding a reason to hold my hand, or touch my arm. I don't know what's going on!
fuck it. I'm talking to hermione. AGAIN?!
"hermione, ihaveacrushonginnyandidontknowwhattodo! latelyshe'sbeenalotmoretouchy - NOTINTHATWAY - andidontknowwhy! doyouthinkshelikesme, idontthinkshedoes butthewaysheactsaroundmeisdifferentto-"
"y/n! slow down! if you like ginny then fine! you like ginny that's great! now, I'm not one to give relationship advice but.... go talk to her. I think she might feel the same!" she smiled at my obliviousness.
"ok..." I walked out of the library in search of ginny.
"hey! y/n! over here!" I turned around to see ginny's flaming red hair and her arm waving me over.
I slowly walked over, my legs feeling like jelly.
"look, gin. i've got something to tell you..." ginny looked confused and gestured me to go on. "I- uhm- ahh, well. you see- I kinda- like... you? and, not in a friend way."
ginny's face broke out into a large grin and she tackled me in a hug. "you don't know how long i've been waiting for you to say that. I like you too!"
ginny captured your lips in a loving kiss.
"now, let's go share the news. fred had 10 galleons riding on the thought that you wouldn't say it first! oooh! we're gonna be rich!!" ginny grasped your hand and pulled you down the corridor, the two of you laughing, you tripping over your feet as she skipped and jumped down the corridor, smiles in both of your faces.
