you run as fast as you can from the lecture room and reach the canteen.
sitting on one of the tables is iyla and a group of boys that she was flirting with.
rolling your eyes, you run behind her and grab onto her hood and drag her from the table.
"y/n what are you doing, you're hurting my neck" she wines whilst awkwardly waving bye to her friends who look at the two of you confused.
"i need you to report to the office that i'm sick whilst i sneak out" you say as you walk towards the school gates. luckily there wasn't anyone around.
before iyla could say anything to you, you run for your life past the gates heading straight home which was only a five minute walk away.
as you headed through the front door, you saw your mom outside the house gardening who asks if ur okay which you lie and say you're not well and tells you to go to your room and rest.
you changed into a lace tank top and forget wearing shorts due to the rising temperature bc of summer and headed straight into bed. a few hours had passed and it was now early evening and you heard a knock on your bedroom door as you woke up rubbing your eyes.
"who is it" you groan as you sit up in bed.
"you have someone who's came to visit you y/n, open up" your mom says on the other side of the door. you put on a hoodie that was on your floor.
"the door's open" you say before pulling your head back under your bed sheets.
"hello y/n it's nice to meet you" mr jung says?
your eyes go wide as you look at your bare legs and underwear and you mentally groan, peeking your head out whilst you hold the sheets over your legs tightly.
"this is mr jung also the son of a very close family friend and he's offered to be your tutor as your grades are suffering y/n so be kind and let me jung help you out. if you have any complaints, make sure you tell me straight away mr jung. i'll let you guys speak properly" your mom says smiling at mr jung as she leaves the room, whilst giving you a dirty look when looking in your direction.
you mentally roll your eyes.
standing in front of you was most definitely mr jung but something had changed. he looked somewhat attractive? maybe it's bc he's not wearing formal clothing , you think to yourself.
