(A/N: Hello readers, it's your author this will technically be my first time writing 1st person pov in this book, and from what I've been told for the longest time I'm not the best at 1st person pov so it would be a great help if you let me know what I can do to improve)

As I sat in my office all i felt was royalty pissed, as i took a sit of my bourbon to calm down not bothering to acknowledge the slight burn going down my throat.

Suddenly i got a call i looked at the caller ID to see no name, i sighed before picking up the phone saying, "hello"  with my signature sharp and cold tone.

On the other line, a male voice spoke "hello is this, Antonio Rossi"

i swiftly replied, "yes, this is him who is this?"

"This is the South Chicago police department, sir,"

From hearing this, my mind wandered to Gianni and Giovanni, silently muttering 'what did those two do again' then i replied "Officer is this about something my sons did" before i could continue speaking the officer quickly said,

"Sir, on the contrary, this isn't about your sons despite their record this is about a young lady named Artemis, whose  mother and stepfather just recently passed away and we took  a DNA test and it seems that she is 99% matched with you, would you like to take her in if not we would have to send the young lady into foster care and personally i don't think that is better than being with family"

Before he could say anymore I rapidly replied "i will take her in" and by hearing this the male's voice seemed to get brighter as he said "great, i will send over her file and she will on her way to you in a matter of two days, a social worker will be accompanying her, of course, thank you" with that he hung up.

After he hung up, all i could think about was my baby girl who was unrightfully taken from me when she was nothing but a Bambina by that witch that i called my wife, i hated that woman with all my being for taking my baby away from me and using me for nothing but money.

suddenly my thoughts were interrupted by my eldest son Vincenzo walking in suddenly saying " "Cosa c'è che non va papà, perche piangi?" (what's wrong dad, why are you crying?), when he said that i finally noticed the little tears rolling out of my eyes and said "l'abbiamo trovata", his grey eyes widening, quickly replying "you mean" with tears coming out of his own eyes, i nodded saying "yes we found our Principessa"
