Uraraka turns around to him and catches him right in time(using her quirk)Todoroki turns to see who Deku is speaking to sees a man with blonde, spiky hair and red eyes. Deku never mentioned or talked about this man to them before. The pro heroes came to the scene. Aizawa sensei was confused about what's going on with Deku.
All might stand there shocked because he recognized the man he was the missing boy from 3 years ago also when he met Deku. All might knew that he was a young Midoriya friend but also could be more than a friend.

pulling on Bakugous's jacket, he says "I'm very sorry, Deku" in a low voice he kissed Deku goodbye and leaves.
