Chanmi and Miyeon, not wanting to turn up to the meeting all sweaty and disgusting, very quickly diverted their original destination from the conference room to the locker room, where they both did their best to freshen up before returning back to the carpeted corridors, walking as quickly as their feet would let them.
A journey in the elevator switched carpet for concrete and a clicking followed behind them from their shoes on the floor, eventually reaching the conference room that the staff member had guided them to.
"Sorry we're late." Miyeon led the two of them in following a quick couple of knocks on the door, the pair seperating in order to take the two spare seats on either side of Kai and Maiya, the Hwang girl finding herself beside the first, who pushed a wrapped candy into her palm with a smile. "Thank you." Miyeon mumbled a reply, deciding that it would be better for her to wait in order to eat it - the wrapper would make a little bit more noise than she was comfortable with.
