Quirk Ideas For Bnha!

(Disclaimer: this quirk I came up with is mainly made for females but hey, guys can have it too if they want.)

Quirk name: Cutesy

Ideal hero name: The adorable hero, Cutie! (If Midnight didn't approve, Pastel.)

Abilities: The user can turn anything she touches into something cutesy and childish and they stay like that for 30 minutes. For example, if they touches a pillow, it turns into a teddy bear. Or if they touches a fork, it turns into a charm bracelet. The user can't control what the thing they touches turn into though. But the user can also turns things into pastries and baked goods if they thinks about it hard enough. Her quirk doesn't work on humans. The user can deactivate they're quirk so that everything doesn't transform obviously.

Special Abilities: Before the entrance exam, the user accidentally created a staff with their quirk and realized that it wasn't just an ordinary staff. They can infuse their power into it and blast a pastel pink beam at their human target and turn the into cute dolls, teddy bears, even toddlers! The person hit with it stays in that form for an hour. The user's quirk now works on people but only if they uses her staff.

Drawbacks: Since the user's quirk is very child-like, the user's personality is naturally like that as well. The more she transform things with her quirk, the younger the user's mind becomes.
Basically, her mentality ages down and she starts to act more like a child. That includes throwing tantrums, having lots of energy, cheering loudly, speaking in a child's dialect(depending on what age her mind thinks she is), etc.

Drawbacks for the staff: Using the staff requires a lot of energy so the user will eventually get tired from wielding it for too long. The user will have to eat something sweet in order to regain energy and use their powers again.
