Ideal hero name: (I honestly have no idea what to put here so I'll let you decide your name.)
Abilities: The user can touch any person/animal with their fingertips and transfer any type of emotion to that person/animal (they can't use their quirk on themselves.) The user can also transfer pain to other people but only if they inflict the pain on themselves first then transfer it. The user can even retract the pain they transferred to the person back into they're own body
Special Abilities: The user can focus on one specific emotion and send out wavelengths of that emotion. The waves will spread out and affect everyone around the user. They must be careful not to feel pain while they're using that ability or else it will hurt everyone that the waves reach.
Drawbacks: The user can only call upon emotions they've felt before. Their quirk will only work if the user touches the person's skin, it will not work through clothing. If the user transfers too many feelings at once, they will become emotionally drained and feel empty for a few hours.
