Ideal hero name: The time hero, Digit! (If Midnight didn't like it, Tyme)
Abilities: The user can change the timely manner of anyone by touching them. For example, if the user activates their quirk and touches someone, they can either pause(freeze), slow down(slow motion), rewind(make them repeat their previous actions), or fast forward(speed up) that person's movements. When the user turns on their quirk, their eyes will turn gold and resemble a clock. Thehands with spin around clockwise when they use fast forward and counterclockwise when they use rewind. (Reference above^^ Art is not mine)
Drawbacks: If the user over uses the power, their eyes will become sore and sensitive. Also minor headaches.
