Even though I promised myself I wouldn't do it, I did it anyway. What did I do? I got sucked into the world of the Hudson's, not just any Hudson, Tiffany Hudson. Yep, the same one who was found dead outside my place of work, and thankfully I'm not a suspect or this would make me look super suspicious. The only thing I'm really waiting to see is what is going to come out of this autopsy. I'm assuming there was a prenup involved in this marriage, they're rich people hello? Well, I should put this to rest and focus on more important things, like the reason I'm really in Horseshoe Bay in the first place, but the worst thing about looking into something? The waiting. And I'm waiting for an important phone call, and hopefully, this means the end of my stay in Horseshoe Bay.

Why am I here? I wonder while just standing around at work, with absolutely nothing to do because this place has been pretty much deserted since Tiffany was found. I'm standing around the window between the kitchen and the dining area, waiting, with Ace, Nancy, and Bess when George walks up

"Well, Tiffany Hudson isn't the only dead thing around here."

"Hey! Too soon" Bess says.

"Well, she's not wrong," I say, looking around the dining area with no one in sight.

"Don't just stand there, guys," George says, getting frustrated, "post something on Yelp."

"What do you want us to post? 'We promise our waitstaff didn't murder anyone?" Nancy interjects.

"We all know who murdered Tiffany," Bess says

"Please don't say the ghost" I plead, this ghost situation is getting to be too much.

"Dead Lucy, we have it all on video," Bess says, looking at me at the last part, then looks back at Nancy

"What did the cops say when you showed them?"

"I didn't show them" Nancy answers, " all they would do is take my phone away and log it as evidence."

"Good point. And who would believe that the video was even real in the first place?" I say, knowing that it was a valid question, no police officer would look at that video and not think it wasn't doctored in some way.

And apparently, Ace agrees with me, "Kids have been making fake Lucy videos for years, McGinnis wouldn't believe her."

"I rest my case," I say, knowing I'm right.

"Well, won't we know more soon?" Bess questions, "aren't they going to do an autopsy?"

And finally, someone asked the question I've wanted to know the answer to since I started deep diving on Tiffany Hudson.

"I overheard that the Hudson family got a judge to block it," Nancy answers, and that was the answer I suspected, the rich family wanting a private autopsy because they didn't want something to be found, or they want a specific cause of death.

"They're moving the body tonight," Nancy continues " which is exactly what you would do if you were trying to cover up a murder."

I'm glad we're on the same page.

"Either cover up a murder or falsify an autopsy report, like say she died of natural causes when she didn't." I voice my thoughts. That makes some of them look at me weirdly, but they know there is some truth to it.

"You're looking in the wrong place, Drew," George says, pretty much brushing off what I said. Is she standing up for the Hudson's? Something is up there, especially with how nice she was the night Tiffany Hudson was found, I've never seen George be that nice. "Ryan Hudson wouldn't kill his wife" she continues. Yeah, definitely something up there.

"Why is his family trying to hide behind a special autopsy?" Ace questions

"To hide something"

"So you can doctor the results"

Me and Nancy say at the same time, making us look at each other. Freaky.

"Hide the truth." Nancy continues after looking back at George, "I mean, I'm willing to bet if they've got a judge in their pocket, they've got that coroner in New Hampshire, too."

"Exactly what I was thinking." I agree.

"Although, if we had someone..say a forensic chemist who owed you for solving a perfume-related mystery for him in the ninth grade, he could perform the same kind of toxicology tests for you," Nancy says

"That's a very specific hypothetical." Ace says

And I would have to agree, I mean yes I would look into different mysteries growing up that were in my area, but definitely not as extreme as her, and I kind of admire her for it. But I will never admit that.

"It may not be a full autopsy, but it could be enough to figure out how Tiffany died." she continues while the rest of us look at her like she is crazy, "All I'd need is some of her blood."

"And how are we gonna get some of her blood?" Bess questions, " Also, ew"

"Stay here, I got it." Nancy smiles, then walks out of the kitchen, leaving the four of us there, watching her leave.

Look, I want to find out what happened that night as much as the next person, but do I want to risk being caught doing something illegal to find out? No. why? Because I came all the way to Horseshoe Bay on a mission, and this could jeopardize that. Also, I don't want my parents to find out where I am, and I really don't feel like having a conversation with them anytime soon. But to say I'm intrigued would be an understatement.

The first chapter of episode two! I'm hoping for this episode to be just two parts but could be three. I think I said this in a previous chapter, but Lexi moments in the show are kind of hard to do because the show is mostly centered around Nancy, and in the first couple of episodes she's either by herself, with Carson, or Nick, or just doing something where I can't find a good way to fit Lexi in. But, it is super fun to write, this show was the quickest I've ever loved a show, and I love a lot of shows.

Another thing, how did we love the finale from Wednesday night? I absolutely loved it! I already am anticipating season three.

I hope everyone enjoys this chapter, thanks for reading, commenting, and voting!
