Australia Bound // COMPLETED

What is Happening?

*They are now back in Australia*

Kenzie's POV

Oh thank god we are back in Australia, my mom came to our appartment and was showing the boys baby pictures of me. Calum still calls me chunky monkey and now that is my nickname. I really just wanted to leave Winnipeg and go back to Australia, I missed it.

I woke up to Calum playing with my curly hair.

"Morning, sunshine." Calum said with a cheezie smile.

"You won't admit it but you are a big cheese ball, you know that?" I said sarcastically while rubbing my eyes. "Why don't you pick out my outfit for me since you did it so well last time." I joked. He shook his head so I gave him the puppy dog eyes and he quickly changed his mind.

"Only because you are the cutest." He said while getting out of bed. He dug through my dressers and grabbed out a nirvana crop top, black ripped up skinny jeans, my high tops and a black beanie.

"Okay I haveto go and get you something for your birthday. Luke is going to bring me because Maddi, Jade, Ashton, Michael and you are going to go to the beach. Now go have fun." I said pushing him out the door with the rest of them. Luke walked into the room basically dressed the same as me he was wearing a nirvana shirt and black skinny jeans.

"Nice outfit!" He giggled "Ready to go?"

"Yeah." I said as we walked out the door. On our way to the mall we blasted the radio in the car and sand along to the music. I was having fun, he didn't really care if he looked like a idiot around me, and to behonest I didn't care either. I actually liked hanging out with him it sounds weird they are almost always at our house and I hardly ever talk to him.

"Okay where are we going we just passed the mall?" I asked curiously

"You need to have some fun, ever since the accident nobody has done anything crazy." Luke said still focused on the road.

"Luke, where the hell are we going?" I asked wile looking at him almost scared to see what he was going to do. He stopped the car and got out walking around to my side and opened up the door for me. I got out and he jestured for me to keep walking. When I walked inside we were in the middle a children's playground. There was kids running around and  screaming I still didn't know what we were doning here.

"I will race you to the slide!" He said while pushing me out of his way. I ran after him and beat him to the slide because while I may have tripped him. He fel flat on his face and he was still laughing. I reached out my hand to help him up but he pulled me down with him. I landed right on my butt andso I punched him in the shoulder playfully. We jumped into the ball pit and I dunked him under by pushing on the top of his head. He popped up out of the ball pit and pushed me under into the colourful balls. I reached out for his legs and pulled him under with me.

"Okay truce!" I yelled while popping out of the ball pit.

"Okay, okay fine." He said while helping me up. We jumped out of the ball pit when a little girl ran into Luke. He fell forward and landed right on top of me. Our faces were inches from touching, I found both of us leaning in for a kiss when the manager came up behind us.

"I'm sorry you two need to get out of here." The manager said while tapping on Luke's shoulder.

"Ya get off of me you baby hippo!" I joked, he got off of me and put his head in his hands and pretended to cry.

"Why did you say that? You know that I am insecure about my weight." He giggled. The manager grabbed us by our arms and threw us out of the store. I couldn't help but laugh, that was the most fun I've had in a long time. After we got kicked out of the kids zone we jumped in the car and headed to the mall to pick up Calum's gift. I didn't buy him anything but I got him something better...him and the band were going to be going to meet Nirvana. It turns out that my moms, sister's, foster cousin knows the band and they can get us in to see them. I just had to got o the mall to meet with my mom's, sister's, foster cousin to set up the details. They were going to be coming to Australia the day of Calum's birthday and then that way they could hang out. Luke was basically standing there like an idiot the whole time after he found out they were going to be hanging out with Nirvana.

After we did that we headed out to the beach to find our friends, but nobody was there. I walked out to the water and sat down in the sand. I just couldn't stop thinking of the almost kiss that happened between me and Luke. It was wrong but it felt right I just wanted everything to go back to normal. I snapped out of my thoughts when Luke came to sit beside me in the sand.

"Hey what you thinking about, is it about what happened between us earlier?" He asked while looking down at his feet.

"Um yeah." I mummbled

"What is happening?" We said in sync. This time our eyes meet up with each other and...well I lost control what ever feelings there was escaped out of me. He leaned forward and pressed a kiss to my lips. I felt his lip ring rub against my lips and it sent a shock through my body. I had no idea what was going on but I didn't know what else to do when somebody made me this happy. I knew that I still loved Calum but I had theese other feelings for Luke that I couldn't stop. I pushed him away to sto the kissing and a look of sadness washed over his face.

"Look Luke I have no idea what is going on between us but I do know that we have to figure it out. This is not going to solve anything so why don't  we agree on just being friends only until we figure this out. Then whatever happens, happens.Okay?" I ranted

"Yeah, come on lets go home." He said, grabbing my hand and pulled me up to my feet. We walked back to the car as if nothing happened even though we didn't want to. I had no idea what was going on but all I know is he makes me happy.
