Robin's heart skipped a beat. The voice was so familiar, so sweet. He knew he had heard the voice from somewhere, but he couldn't put a finger on it. "Who are you?" he asked confused. Jazmine on the other end had the same feelings and emotions. She couldn't speak for some time. Robin broke the silence. "Do you have a silver necklace with a purple pendant?" he asked feeling a little surprised. Jazmine looked at her most favorite necklace. "Yes I do have one," she said. As soon as Robin heard this he took off his ring. His face lit up with a wide grin. For one, in ages, he felt hope. He took off his hood and pinched himself. Robin couldn't believe his ears. He had finally heard a voice he had been wanting to hear for a long time. He jumped up and down with joy. "Knock! Knock!" someone said knocking on his door. Robin opened it grinning from ear to ear. Ophelia was there at his door to give him his birthday present. She was very surprised to see his hood down and smiling for once. Ophelia knew straight away that something had happened. "Follow me," she told Robin. Ophelia took him to Arthur and Ariel. Since it was Robin's birthday, the whole kingdom was present there and was indeed shocked to see their prince without his hood.
But his parents were more bewildered than that rest. They both came up to him and gave him a big bear hug. Robin didn't get what was going on, but he played along and hugged them back. After a while, Ariel smiled and patted Robin's head. "I'm so proud of you sweetie," She kissed him on his forehead. "You've become a big boy now huh?" Arthur joked as held his son's hand. Robin wanted to tell his parents about what happened and what made him take off his hood. While all this was happening what the royals didn't know was that someone was taking advantage of this opportunity and was clicking photos of Robin without even letting him know.
Robin stayed up all night thinking about what happened to him. He finally builds up the courage and puts on his ring again. The first thing he heard was, "Robin?" Robin couldn't breathe. " Do you remember me?" his voice was trembling. "I think so," the voice replied. "Who are you?" he asked once again. "Jazmine" she laughed. "Right?" she laughed again. Robin wasn't sure before, but now, it was crystal clear. To test his sister one last time, he smiled. "When is our birthday?" "Today!" "How old am I?" "16" "And last but not least," Robin took a deep breath. "Do you think that the necklace you're wearing has any specialty?" he knew only his real sister could answer this since only his family and Ophelia knew about it. "It has one specialty and that is the fact that Ophelia had captured Doom and the three ancestral witches in this necklace." Jazmine smiled as she felt impressed with herself. "Yes, Yes Yes!" Robin whispered to himself not wanting to wake up his parents.
For the next few days, Robin kept chatting and joking with his little sister. He could do it anytime he wanted since he was talking to her about my thinking. So basically, his parents didn't suspect a thing. Robin rarely put on his hood and was always seen smiling to himself. Jazmine's parents treated her like a princess. She had everything she would have had in a palace. A home with a hundred rooms, servants, maids, chefs, workers, and helpers all through the mansion. From the best food a person can make to the best manicures and pedicures in the world, she had it all. Since her adoptive parents didn't have a biological child they spent all their free time along with Jazmine. Jazmine used to tell Robin everything. And they used to laugh and joke that their lives were so 'coincidently' similar.
Though Robin would always wonder how his sister was alive he never talked about any of it to his little sister as he didn't want her to worry about it. Jazmine had her queries as well. Robin never told her where her birthland was or who her biological parents were. Whenever she asked, Robin would say, "They're really rich and they love you as much as I do," and he would change the topic. He always wondered why he wouldn't tell her anything about it. But the real reason was that whenever Jazmine asked about all this, Robin's eyes would tear up to prevent hurting her feelings about asking the question in the first place, he would change the topic as soon as possible. As clueless as they were, they never found out about each other's personal lives. And Robin didn't attempt to since Jazmine had told him not to. And he never told anyone that he talked to Jazmine.
But one day, something unexpected happened. While Robin was in his room talking to Jazmine, Jino and Elijah came in. Robin jumped in shock and turned around. "H-Hey guys! W-W-What's up?" he asked nervously. "Tell us what's going on!" Elijah insisted. "About What?" Robin was confused. "About you talking to Jazmine," Jino demanded.
