16-Dragons? Death quests?Sure, dresses and parties? Nope no way.

Me and Dew burst out laughing

I said "THE monster slayer is scared of DRESSES?

We burst out laughing again because the image in my head was just so hilarious. The girl could kill in an instant but was scared of dresses?

Bell stared at us incredulously "It's not like I am scared of them I just don't like them I mean I can dress you up but myself? No. Never."

I sort of understood her panic she didn't even tie her hair properly much less dress up. Once I finished laughing, I offered- "well don't worry I'll help you and I am sure Maya is just itching to dress you up"

Instead of looking relieved she looked horror stricken and she just jumped up and ran (or more like fled) to her cabin.

I looked and Dew who looked just as confused as I felt.

We walked up to Nat and I said "Well are you excited for the party? It's gonna be fun dressing up right?"

"NO!" She almost screamed, recovering quickly she said "I mean to say that not really I am not that interested in such things"

Oh well it's gonna be a task in itself to persuade Bell and Nat to dress up.

"Well," I turned to Dew, "you boys just have to wear suits so I guess u and me better go and collect the clothes for the 7 of us?"

"Yeah, we get better ones then OH I KNOW WHAT I WANT, A NEON BLUE T-SHIRT!"

Dew basically screeched.

I stared at him and managed to choke out- "Is neon blue even a color? "I internally shuddered at the pic of Dew jumping around with blue hair and a neon blue shirt. It terrified me almost more than the quest. Almost.

I headed towards the Aphrodite girls while Dew headed towards the Aphrodite boys to collect suits and whatever the guys needed.

I decided to choose a dress for Skye first since it would probably be easiest. I got her a pale layered gown covered with flowers and decided that I would look pretty with a half-pony.

Next, I decided to choose my gown since it would be easier to know what would look good on me than deciding Bell's and Nat's so I began and my search and voila! I chose a sky-blue periwinkle dress for myself which had layers yet was simple with thin straps. I decided to put hair in a braided bun with a few loose streaks which was not to complicated.

Now the difficult part Nat's and Bell's dresses. I decided to go look for Nat's cause she'll probably be less choosy and would not throw a tantrum. I found a simple green halter neck, A-line gown for her. I decided to leave the hair accessories (I didn't think she would use them).

Great now I better go look for the devil's gown.

Turned out the Aphrodite cabin could dress the devil as an angel too because I found the perfect silver embroidered gown for bell and the perfect hair clips, well now that I am down with this, I better meet Dew and calm Bell down and persuade her to wear the dress.

Also, I can't wait for when Bell dresses up, I had a what you can say intuition that Tim actually found Bell pretty and maybe had a tiny crush on her and maybe, just maybe his crush was requited. I never thought I would see a day when a boy actually found the (in Tim's words) barbarian princess pretty. Well, I didn't think I would see a day where gods were real so I can't really say anything.

Next morning

I had woken at 6 and spent 1 WHOLE HOUR trying to- 1) get bell to wake up, 2) get bell to dress up, 3) get Nat to dress up.
