Argo III -The Next Generation

19-Percabeth rocks. Heroes of Olympus. Leo combusts.

The Greek Demigods were way too excited to see Roman Legion and specifically

two people, a girl with blonde hair and grey eyes, like me. And the second one was a boy with sea green eyes and black hair. They both were riding the ocean waves and they landed perfectly on the Long Island beach. As and when they touched the ground, the ocean behind them burst into a hurricane. It was Awesome and the boy looked proud as if he was the one that conduct the act. Me, Dew, Nat, Bell, Tim and Arthur were completely clueless and well all that Skye said was, "THIS IS SICK, A GOOD SICK!!!"

A voice behind us startled us but it was none other than Chiron, he said, "Thats Percy, the son of Poseidon and Annabeth, the daughter of Athena. The part of the previous Seven."

I was left awestruck. I whispered to Bell who was just behind me and Dew, "How the hell are we supposed to compete with them." But Chiron having a great hearing sense replied, "It's not a competition, Melody. It's a war for survival in which you either die or prosper, but no one can win it."

Sometimes Chiron scares me by his pep talks but I guess he is right. Survival should be our first goal not winning over the previous seven.

A bit had passed, Percy and Annabeth were brought over to the Dance floor, where they met up with us. And well I got it why were they chosen to be the previous seven. Even their presence radiated courage, power and the will to succeed.

Percy was the first one to speak, "So, you get our position now, eh? Well, I see why you were thought to be up to this task. It's a pleasure to meet you."

Annabeth let him complete but then scolded him, "Heyy Seaweed Brain, how about some manners. You should have introduced yourself. Anyways, hii guys, I am Annabeth and this is Percy otherwise known as Seaweed brain."

Nobody spoke for some time and then all my friends came to senses. Andrew being rude blurted out, "No need to introduce yourself, we know a lot about you already. You are basically worshipped by greek demigods."

Percy and Annabeth started laughing as if they had heard this before and way too many times to even take this sentence into account. They replied in unison, "Don't listen to the others."

I still couldn't comprehend that the people who had saved the world twice could be soo cool and chill. As if they were just some normal teens. But I guess experience is a key factor in the world and they had lots of experience.

Annabeth looked at me and said, "You're are my half-sister, if I am not wrong. You are Melody Snicket, the daughter of Athena."

It took me a second to realize that Annabeth was talking to me, so I hurriedly said, "Yes indeed, I am Melody but please call me Mel."

The same happened with Nat, Percy recognized her half-sister as soon as he saw her. After a whole lot of exchanging names and our godly parents Percy decided to ask us a question even, we were unknown to. He said, "So, what's your guy's prophecy maybe we can help you a bit."

All of said together that it startled Percy and Annabeth. We replied, "NO IDEA". And I think Annabeth saw the tension in us so she decided to change the topic. She asked us, "Where are Piper and Leo?" Once again replied "NO IDEA"

Then to our surprise Frank and Hazel came by to greet us. And as you expected they were cool too. It would be a nice time working beside them. Well, if we ever got a chance to. But anyways Frank and Hazel decided to Iris Message Leo to see, till when was he arriving and he was right above us on Festus (His Mechanical Dragon). I think he saw Percy's entrance and decided to he want to be cool too. He failed and he failed hard. Because Calypso and Piper were coming with a bunch of birds swarming and chirping around them, this was because of their good voices and Piper's charmspeak.

But, oh boy what Leo wanted to do was to jump when his dragon was near the ground and combust himself and when he lands, they would have gone normal again. But this did not end well, he succeeded in jumping but well his clothes had burnt to crisp because all his concentration had gone in landing the jump and not saving his clothes from burning.

Yeahhh, so we laughed, we laughed until our stomachs had started paining. After this Over Dramatic Incident. We exchanged words with Leo, Calypso and Piper. But for some reason Dew looked really sad. I mean how in the world can he be sad after meeting such awesome people. I think Percy saw this too so, Percy called Andrew aside.

(Dew POV, yours loving fly boy is back readers. I know you have been waiting for me to come back, you can't deny it can you. Well, what can I say I am so lovable.)

Percy had called me aside and I had an instant feeling that I had done something wrong and I will be punished for it. But when Percy spoke, I heard something unexpected.

He calmly asked me, "Angry on the world for Jason's lose, are you? I was too. And I know what it would be living alone in your cabin and sitting alone during the breaks. I have been there and its never good."

I decided to be straight forward and not lie, "I know but it's not just that. The death of Jason was a Bell to me, it meant I could lose anyone like Thalia did. I could lose Mel. And I don't want that to happen"

To cheer me up he decided to tease me, "Ohh yeh about Mel, so you two are dating aren't you."

An instant no came out of my mouth, "No, we aren't atleast not for now. I would have asked her out on a date if my freaking friends weren't eavesdropping."

Percy replied as if going into a flashback, "Well that has happened to me too, but I decided to use my powers. I went underwater because I could be alone with her over there. I suggest you to use your powers too. Trust me it helps."

We were laughing maniacally by then and even though I had just met this guy, I was sure we would be a good team. And he also made me cheerful once again. Who would have thought that a son of Zeus and a son of Poseidon can get along? But I spent the rest of the night, enjoying it with the Previous Seven and the new Seven and I had an over thought of all us together defeating whatever lies beyond but that was for another day.

The hunters of Artemis arrived and bell tried to steer as far away from them as possible. Even all their silver wasn't enough to make her talk to them though she did meet Thalia and Reyna (apparently because she needed tips on handling idiots).

As for the rest of us, we just enjoyed the party, and stared around in awe at the romans the hunters and the heroes of Olympus (apparently that's what they called the heroes who saved you know the world oh 2-3 times).

(Now comes the Bad part because at last it was time for us to hear the Prophecy and I'll let Mel continue this story because I am way too lazy to write anymore and she has been eating a lot of chocolate bars so she is full with energy.)
