Anne joins Steve and Sam in another office and notices them watching a TV. The TV projects a man sitting at a desk facing Bucky's pod. Bucky is still restrained. Anne takes a deep breath and sits. The sound on the TV is restricted.

"The receipt for your gear." Sharon says walking in.

She hands it to Sam first.

"Bird costume? Come on." Sam reads.

"I did't write it."

Sharon pushes a button, unrestricting the audio from Bucky's Evaluation.

"I'm not here to judge you. I just want to ask you a few questions. Do you know where you are, James? I can't help you if you don't talk to me, James." The man says.

"My name is Bucky." Bucky says.

Steve smiles and Anne covers her mouth. Sharon slaps down a picture of the man who bombed the Congress in Vienna.

"Why would they release this photo to begin with?" Anne asks.

"Get the word out, involve as many eyes as we can?" Sharon informs.

"Right. It's a good way to flush a guy out of hiding. Set off a bomb, get your picture taken. Get seven billion people looking for the Winter Soldier." Steve says.

"Someone framed him to find him." Anne states.

"Do you two not remember? We looked for the guy for two years and found nothing." Sam says.

"We didn't bomb the UN. That turns a lot of heads." Steve states

"Yeah, but that doesn't guarantee that whoever framed him would get him. It guarantees that we would." Sharon says.

Everyone's gaze fall onto the elevator screen.

"Tell me, Bucky. You've seen a great deal, haven't you?" The man asks.

"I don't want to talk about it." Bucky states.

"You fear that... if you open your mouth, the horrors might never stop. Don't worry." The man says and looks at his screen.

A message on his screen says "Status: Package Delivered."

"We only have to talk about one."

The power shuts down.

"Sub-level 5, east wing." Sharon says and the three take off.

It snows, something that happens when Anne's angry, anxious, sad, or upset in any way.

Back in the interrogation room Bucky is confused.

"What the hell is this?" Bucky asks.

"Why don't we discuss your home? Not Romania. Certainly not Brooklyn, no. I mean, your real home." The man says and holds up a red book with a black star on the front.

Bucky's heart drops and the man walks towards him, reading from the book by flashlight.

"Желание." He reads.

Bucky shuts his eyes and his head snaps back.

"No." He says through gritted teeth.

"Ржавый."

"Stop."

"Семнадцать"

Bucky's metal arm trembles in its restraint.

"Stop." He sneers angrily.

"Рассвет"

Bucky clenches his fists and breaks free of his restraints.
