My strange addiction

Rght after that incident with Brittney, I was so livid. Many people do not know how to keep cool when you'rr angry. Well I happend to master the art of calming down. I made my way to class as I felt a rough but warm hand grabbing elbow. I turned to see Andreà just a few inches away from me. "I want you this close." He smirked and I rolled my arms freeing myself from his loose grip.

"Hey Andreà. Nice to see you too." I said sarcastically. I guess Andreà got a transfer to our school because I have never seen hkm before. "Aaaw shut up. Wanna get out of here?" He said taking one step closer. I hate to admit the fact that he smells so nice. I wish he could just hold me in his arms. He looked so damn fine in his blue uniform and his grey scarf that hugged his neck loosely.

"What are you talking about? It's only just the first period." I said raising my right eyebrow.

"C'mon! We'll be back before lunch..." he said  as I looked at him wanting to give in before he said "...is over." As he looked at me pleaing.

"What? No way!" I said walkkng away. And I felt the same intensing hand on my shoulder. "Please. I promise it will be worth it." He said. I reluctantly turned to face him as he grinned evily.

We quickly got to the parking and he opened his car for me to get in. I looked around and hestitated before I walked in the car. We drove off. After some time, we reached our destination. It was so breathtaking. He had broughy me to a park with the greenest of grasses and the trees were blooming. I think they were winter trees. The lovely blue lake that was reflective towards the sun. "This is one of my favourite places." He said holding my hand. I did not realise he was holding my hand only until now. This is so intense. I thought to myself.

"But why did you bring me here to this special place." I said maintaining eye contact.

"Because you're also special." He laughed. Honestly speaking, I did not want this to end.

"You know that I like you, right?" He said. Our eyes were still locked together as I scanned his for any sign of lying. He was'nt. His eyes were screaming honesty.

"I know... I guess." I said, chuckling. He took two steps closer, his eyes still locked at mine. Omg! I don't even know this guy and his already giving me butterflies. "Well I want you to know that and be sure." I blushed and broke the eye contact. "Is that a blush I see?" He cocked his eyebrow while smiling. I rolled my eyes while punching his arm. I put a strand of loose hair behind my ear as I pointed towards the car, indicating that is time to leave.

On our way back, Andreà put on the wierdest RnB love songs. One of them being Moving Mountains by Usher. "I did'nt know you were a romance guy." I said jamming to the songs.

"There is a lot you don't know about me Bethany." He said looking at me and back at the road.

"It's not like there is something you k ow about me." I struck back with a fake smile.

"Maybe it's because you don't allow me to get to know you." He said and I suddenly felt tense.

"Okay fine. We can get to know each other... but..." I said dragging the 'but' as he laughed.

"... no funny business." I continued, poking his shoulder with a pout. "Deal?"

"Deal!" He gave in. "Although it's going to be hard." He murmured under his breath and I laughed at him.

Finally we reached school and it was lunch time. We headed to the cafeteria and to our friends. "Where're you from?" Cora asked. "I ran a little late that's all." I lifted the corners of my mouth as she looked at me suspiciously.

"What?" I chuckled. "Shut up and eat Bethany." She said. I let out a soft laugh and we carried on chatting.

After classes, on my way home, I bumbed into Andreà. Argh! I just can't get enough of him, I thought to myself as I smiled at him. He was good company, despite the fact that he was hitting on me. "Wanna ride home?" He said walking along with me. "I guess I could use one." I said trying not to sound rude and annoyed at his constant presence.

After a slow, silent ride, we stopped infront of my house. "Sadly this is where we part." He said holding his chest as if he was hurt or something. We said our good byes and I ran inside the house.

I undressed my uniform and put on my baby blue hoody and short pants and made myself food while waiting for Suzi.
