My strange addiction

chapter 5

Few minutes later, a bright Suzi walks in with her grin on her face. "You need to mature up." I said playfully rolling my eyes.

"Good day to you too." She said walking up to her room. It's wierd how Suzi and I rarely fight but we are as close as any other sibling could ever be. We told each other everything since she was 12 years old and wanted to know about puberty. I learnt to be open to her there.

I ran up to her room and found her blushing and by the looks of it, I think her cheeks were hurting from all the smiling. "What do you want?" She smiled at me, facing my direction. "You got a boyfriend you little brat!" I said with a wow face and covering my mouth with the first three fingers of my hand, the last one being the ring finger.

"No... yes... no I don't." She said looking away.

"C'mon tell me Suzi." I plead out of curiosity. "I'll tell you about me." I said with a smile that shew all my teeth. Which was wierd coz I never smile like that. My desparation for her business made me feel so nosey.

"Okay there's this boy, his name is Eric." She started as she looked to the ceiling that had an imprinted unicorn. "His 16 and he happens to be in grade 10. We hung out today and he asked me out!" She squealed. I looked at her judgementally before twirling my long her around my index finger. Okay, I'm happy for her since this is her first boyfriend or something, but the guy seems old. "Do you like him?" I asked, tliting my head.

"Yes... alot! For quite some time now."

"Okay lil' sis listen up.." I said before walking towards her and sitting on her lime duvet 'Billie Eilish addition' ,I thought to myself. "Boys are really bad. You know that right?" She nodded slowly. "And sometimes they lie their way to thier pleasure in girls... if you k ow what i mean. Especially boys from higher grades. Don't get too attached Suzi and please, do not hurt yourself because relationships are not for kids. You need to be smart and not blind from your 'love' from the guy." I said as she looked at me.

"I already know all that." She smiled. "Okay tell me about your 'relationship/s'." She said laughing.

"Well there is this guy.. his name is Andreà and I met him at my party yesterday. He seems cool and he likes me." I said squirming. "I think I like him back but we still getting to know each other so we'll see." I said nodding at her. She let out a sigh. "Okay lemme change then." She whinned as I got up and left.

After some time, she came down and joined me at the kitchen. I was eating and so she made herself somethingto eat too as we chat and laughed.

3 hours later I got a text from a friend of mine, Damien. I met him through Cora since he liked Cora and used me as a spokesperson.

Dammy: Come hang out with us at the park. We got snacks and drinks.

Me: okay. Who's 'us'?

Dammy: Cora, Jessica, Jack and I.

Me: so I am going to be all alone while you guys cuddle?

Dammy: bring over someone. Please just come.

Me: I'll be there.

I quickly ran up to my bathroom as I turned the water on. As I was about to undress, I thought about  who can I bring and eventually thought about Andreà. I'll call him after I shower. I thought to myself. After a steamy and relaxing shower, I got out my grey crop top and a mini skirt. I loved showing my abs to everyone, just to prove I work out.

I rang Andreà's cellphone as I was dressing, placing it on my bed.

"Hello?" He spoke.

"Hey Andreà! It's Bethany. Can you come over to my house rn? I really need you." I said making my voice a little sexy.

"Alright I'll be right over." My heart raced at how husky his voice was. I hung up with a smile hoping he would feel it, haha. 15 mins later, I walked downstairs to respond at the door. It was Andreà. I hugged him and regretted it right after my arms were around him. He smelt divine. His cologne was pretty hypnotist.

"Wassup." He laughed, hugging me back.

"I got an invite from my friends at the park and ever one of them came with their partner. So I thought we could go there."

"As a date?"

"No."

"Then no...  I'm not coming." He said as he stood there, wind blowing his brown curls so slowly.

"Oh c'mon dude. I mean.. okay fine we can go as a date." I rolled my eyes at him.

He then grabbed me and I felt his muscular arms on my waist as his cheek was rubbing against my forehead. He's hugging me. I hugged him back and we headed to his car... with his hand still on my waist. This is so intense.

After 20 minutes we reached the park and headed towards the bunch as soon as we spotted them.

"Hello everyone." I said. "This is Andreà Locks.. Andreà Locks this is everyone." I said.

"I'm Jessica." She said raising an arm.

"I'm Damien." Damien said.

"I'm Jack. " Jake said.

"I'm Cora. Her bestfriend." She said pointing at me. Andreà and I sat down, joining everyone else. We sat there and we did some catching up while getting to know Andreà. He told us alot about himself and where he used to live, his previous school and his performance in school.

2 hours later

"Oh shoot! I gotta go guys. I left Suzi alone and it's getting pretty late." I said standing up and waving at everyone.

"Okay bye. See you at school then." Damiem said. Andreà got up as well, waving goodbye at everyone,  since he was was my ride, he had to. We drove back and stopped right infront of my house.

"I had a good time tonight. Thanks for the invite." He said, biting his bottom lip.

"I actually enjoyed myself too. It was nice getting to know you." I smiled. Andreà stepped closer and closer until his chin was an inch away from my eyes and he was looking down  at me. I looked back up to meet his gaze. He then leaned closer for a kiss. I bit my lip and I leaned to while looking at his lips when Suzi shouted "BETHANY PLEASE ENTER THE HOUSE!!" And we both stepped back. We looked at each other nervously as I looked back at Suzi. She had a huge smile on her face. I hugged Andreà instead and walked in.

"So is that the guy?" Suzi asked as she pointed the door for me lock. "Yes he is." I smiled, turning to the door.

"Oooh. He is not that bad." She said crossing her arms over her chest.

"Whatever. I already ate so good night." I ran upstairs.

"Night!" She shouted. I locked my door and threw myself on the bed, passing out after a few seconds.
