Prologue

After the defeat of Aliseter while fighting the top ranked espers of academy city, Aleister chose to leave the future of Academy city in the hands of the No.1 esper "Accelertor".

THE LEVEL 5's COUNCIL BUILDING:

In one of the rooms of the building a figure can be seen everyone in academy city know who this person is. Once he was feared and known as the top dog of the city, his "Vector Manipulation Ability" earned him the title of the strongest esper and now he added a new title to his name.
{CHAIRMAN OF ACADEMY CITY} and before him stood a blonde boy of the same age who was showing some files to Accelerator.

"Tch life is so boring as the board chairman of this city, why the fuck did we accept the request of that bastard Aliester".

"Oie Earth to accelerator. If u dont listen I will fucking hit you with a punch straight on your face".

Accelerator ignored what Kakine was saying and was lost in thought. Kakine was at his limit he spread his dark matter wings and tried to attack Acclerator only to be reflected by his vector shield. Kakine went straight out of the room hitting through the window.

"This idiot" said Accelerator with an annoyed expression.

After 2-3 minutes the second ranked esper Kakine returned with all the other current level5 espers of academy city.He was being carried by sogita gunha the 7th ranked level5.

"Really a sight to behold" acclerator said with a smirk.

"Put me down sogita" kakine said angrily.

"Well if u say so"sogita said while throwing Kakine on the floor."But I don't get it kakine is there someone who is causing trouble for the city whom u were fighting?

"Hoho nothing like that, Acclerator and me were just having a duel, too bad I lost" kakine said laughing.

"I highly doubt Acclerator will agree to have a duel" sogita said.

"I'm citing the reparation fees from your salary" Acclerator said to kakine.

"Hey you are being too harsh on him accelerator" Misaki said.

"Too bad my ass!! Money doesn't grow on trees" Acclerator said clearly annoyed.

"Hey first tell us this that why were we called this late at night to the level5s council building?

"Yeah about that, u see we were just searching Aliseter's room for any scientific tool or magic weapon which could bring harm to academy city in the near future and welllll we found a secret vault in the basement of Aliester's house but the thing is that it is protected by some sort of spell" kakine said calmly.

"Then shouldn't we call the hero?" Mugino asked."His right hand can negate any supernatural ability right?"

"Nah it will be too much of a hassle, we can just all go there and check it out" Acclerator said.

"Ohhkay then let's all head to the basement" Kakine announced.

After walking down stairs, the group finally reached the vault that Alister had kept hidden till now

"What's this it seems like a suit of numbers like a hidden message" told shoukou after touching the portal.

"Its mathematics problem as far as I can tell....wait this is pie am I right?" declared Mugino after reading the numbers.

"Yeah but it may be dangerous let's leave it as it is" Accelerator said that and started walking away the rest followed him but just then sogita stopped them on there tracks.
