The Boy Hidden in Plain Sight

Classes before the "Battle Trial"

The official first day of UA went by like any other schools except for the fact that all the teachers are Pro Heroes. They had a short homeroom at the beginning of the day and Aizawa explained a few things about the schedule. He also told the students that Izuku will be explained the next day seeing as they have no time now. Everyone seemed to accept this and Aizawa walked out only for Ectoplasm to walk in. He told the class that the first class for them will be math and that he will be teaching it. 

He continued onto role call, and the class was treated to Ectoplasm asking Katsuki if Izuku was at school today. Kacchan scoffed and said, "Yeah, Izuku's here." Ectoplasm nodded and wrote it down, then continued onto the next student. The day continue on like this as each teacher asked if Izuku was there and Katsuki responding each time that he was. At lunch Katsuki was surrounded by many of his classmates as they tried to get him to answer their questions about Izuku but every question was answered with a "Aizawa-sensei will explain tomorrow."

A lot of the students were frustrated with his answer and they pestered him for the entire lunch period. During that lunch period Kacchan and Izuku decided that they were going to ask Nezu if they could eat on the rooftop, mainly because Kacchan didn't want to go through that ever again. 

Kacchan sat quiet throughout all his classes except when Izuku would ask him a question or if Izuku needed something from his bag. His classmates would watch his every move whenever this happened so eventually Izuku stopped asking for things. He floated around the classroom for the rest of the day, and he would even leave sometimes to watch the Pro's teach in different classes. 

Kacchan watched all of this happen while ignoring the students that tried to talk to him in the free time before each class. Izuku would always come back muttering about the teacher's and their quirks. Kacchan just listens to his mutters while his classmates started to talk to each other and they even started to make friend groups. Halfway through their science class Aizawa walked in and told the teacher that Nezu wants to talk to Katsuki and Izuku, so he'll be delivering them to him. 

The teacher agreed and told Kacchan to go with Aizawa. Kacchan sighed but he stood up and grabbed his bag with Izuku following over his shoulder. Aizawa nodded at the teacher and closed the door after them. Izuku picks up Kacchan and Aizawa beckons them down the hallway. A lot of the students who pass them double check at Kacchan floating but they all continue to their classes. None of them talk as the walk closer to Nezu's office. 

The door opens as they stop right in front of Nezu's office and Nezu welcomes them in. Aizawa lays down on the couch against the wall while Kacchan sits down in one of the chairs in front of Nezu's desk with Izuku fluttering behind him. 

"Yesterday, Izuku-kun expelled Mineta Minoru, and yes there is nothing wrong with that decision since Aizawa-kun asked him to expel someone. Class 1-A needs twenty students, so I asked Aizawa-kun if he would like to choose a student from the Gen Ed classes but he said that he wanted to see who Izuku-kun would choose so that is why you two are here!" Nezu exclaims, and Kacchan and I pause to look at each other. 

"Please Kacchan?" I plead and Kacchan scoffs but turns to Nezu to affirm that yeah I'll choose a student. Nezu claps his paws excitedly and Aizawa-sensei gets up from the couch. Nezu shoos us out to go to the Gen Ed classes. Aizawa-sensei leads the way down the hallway towards the Gen Ed classrooms. They start with Class 1-C and all the students look up at the door. The teacher looks at Aizawa-sensei, and he tells them that they'll only be here for a little bit. 

Kacchan looks at Izuku but he's staring at one of the students with hawk eyes. Katsuki narrows his eyes at Izuku but turns to look at the student who looked up but went back to his worksheet. The rest of the class is still staring at them and Katsuki ignores them as he follows Izuku over to the purple zombie. Aizawa watches this from the class door. 

"Kacchan ask him why he wants to be a hero," I demands as I float by the side of the kid. Katsuki tches but ask the purple zombie who looks up at him confused and a little offended. 

"Why would I tell someone I don't even know why I want to be a hero?" The kid asks with a whole lot of snark and Katsuki snarls at him. Izuku pouts but smacks Kacchan, trying to tell him to "summon" him.  Katsuki glares at Izuku but complies.

"Can you help me back to the principals' office?" Kacchan asks and all of the students look at him weird until I turn tangible for them. The students let out screams and the purple zombie stares up at Izuku in shock as he floats next to him. Izuku smiles at him and turns to Aizawa to see if it's ok to tell him the reason they want to know why the zombie wants to be a hero. Aizawa nods to Izuku and he turns back to the purple living dead. 

"I asked Kacchan to ask you why you want to be a hero because Aizawa-sensei told me I can choose a student from the Gen Ed classes to be transferred to class 1-A since I expelled one of the students, and I chose you," Izuku says as he floats around the living dead who froze in shock. The rest of the class is staring at him in jealousy as the purple haired student slowly sits up as he gains confidence. 

"I want to be a hero to prove everyone who's called me a villain wrong," The zombie says as he looks up at Izuku who stares back down at him. Katsuki can see that Izuku is playing those words over in head and he knows the exact moment he officially decides on this kid. Katsuki grins at the purple haired kid and Izuku turns toward Aizawa with a giant grin on his face. 

Aizawa grins back in his demented way and he turns toward the teacher. I look back at the purple haired students who is sitting in his seat, confused at if he is being transferred or not. 

Aizawa turns towards them and says, "Shinso Hitoshi, pack up your stuff and follow us back to the principal's office to officially transfer you to the hero course."

Shinso stands up and grabs his bag as Kacchan grabs my hand to pull us towards Aizawa-sensei, who is waiting for us by the door. Aizawa-sensei closes the door behind us as we walk out and he turns us back down to Nezu's office. We stop in front of the door and Nezu opens it again for us and we step in. Nezu already has all of the paperwork out and all Aizawa has to do is get Shinso a paper to design his costume that they will be going over in the next class. 

Shinso thanks Nezu and he waves a paw at him, and they go back to the class 1-A room. Shinso is excitedly talking to Izuku who didn't go into the principal's office so he wouldn't disappear. Aizawa opens up the door and freezes in anger at seeing what All Might chose to do for the first years first heroics class. 

"All Might, what the fuck do you think you're doing?"
