London, King's Cross Station, Platform 9 ¾"You'll be great Ophie. Trust us." was what Ophelia's parents said.
For as of September 1, 1971 at exactly 11:00 am, a certain 10 year old named Ophelia seems to be clutching her Mother's hand bag so hard to the point where it may or may not have ripped.
As to why she was doing such, well, she was afraid, uh no, terrified.
Since Ophelia got the letter, she has been quite prone to, bad luck. Often stating, that the letter was a curse, and that a witch was the one who sent the letter in order to (her words) eat her. Even though it was confirmed that she was one, a witch.
And Ophelia didn't like this at all.
Since the confirmation of Ophelia being a witch, as said earlier, she has been prone to bad luck. This all started when her parents signed her up for a talent show. A freakin' talent show, made up of 'stuck up, show off, petty, princes and princesses' ugh.
Ophelia is not one to judge but you can't blame her though. They are 'stuck up, show off, petty, I'll tell mommy and daddy, princes and princesses', and we all (i think) hate that.
Furthermore, to make this long story short, the talent show went 'kaploop' and basically, it traumatized the poor girl.
Somehow, one of the 'stuck up, show off, petty, I'll tell mommy and daddy, princesses' was able to trick a backstage worker on to pouring red paint all over our sweet Ophelia before she even got to sing, making her look like she had committed homicide.
Her parents were mortified, meanwhile Ophelia was definitely traumatized.
All she heard was laughter. She wanted to make people happy but not like this.
Since then, she has been experiencing a lot of things, specifically things that are not that good. Like for instance, getting water poured all over herself as she attempted to go outside, sitting on a cow's poop, getting stung by a bee TWICE, getting laughed at by people, getting bullied and the worst thing,
BANGS.
You heard it right, she got bangs, freakin' bangs.
But at least the bangs were still able to cover her eyes.
Over the days, ever since the talent show Ophelia began to lose confidence.
Her parents were so worried but they knew that they couldn't do anything. Pushing their daughter to do something she does not want, will only make things worst, it even has the possibility of severing the bond between them. So, as the loving parents they are, they loved her and continued to support her.
